Thanks for commenting on this; I heard it late late last night but in the morning figured I must have been hallucinating, like the Seinfeld episode about “flaming globes of Siegmund”.
As always, American liberals [the audience, I assume, not Glenn Beck viewers gloating] are behind the times; I was told about 20 years ago that French tourists would organize trips to Harlem to experience “les slums”.
Tabloid tourism is nothing new. Years ago it was freak shows, the circus or the Wild West show with ‘real Indians’. Then it became gawking at the ‘rich and famous’, or gawking at the Amish tourism. Now the White bunnies want to gawk at the criminal Negro underclass. I sometimes wonder if some White people aren’t juveniles in adult bodies, who never grew up.

Of Course! And you have no idea how deep that goes.
It’s what one could refer to as a Culture of Arrested Development.
I believe this phrase was by Churchill in fact, and in relation to the Hostile Elite. Something I didn’t know until after I had become familiar with the phrase as it is used in Psychology.
However you refer to it, Culture of Arrested Development, Culture of Enmeshment, it’s the same.
I think we lost our democracy because almost none of us grew up in one. That is, grew up in a family modeled on democratic values. Almost no one I know did.
And the conformity it produced was the overall conception of morality, of right behavior and the definition of a good person (and you can see this in the Right and the Left. In fact, it practically explains the Polarization so common in the West).
That’s why listening to Right-wingers prate about Traditional Family Values makes me want to laugh, and then spit in their eye.
As if they are the only ones capable of defending the Family.
They can’t even define it without giving themselves away.
What a joke.
This is the reason why it’s been so easy for a Hostile Elite to impose its PC codes based on Blind Obedience, Shame and Guilt, onto a culture whose families lived by a code of Thou Shalt Not Be Aware (of what is happenging to you – of what your parents have done and are doing to you).
Does anyone think that all of those White families who have suffered from abuse and neglect and all the rest are lying just to piss off conservatives?
The shift of power from family to state was simply a matter of transfer of response.

Just read “Bradshaw On: The Family, by John Bradshaw.
I have been familiar with his work and the work of Family Systems Theory for some time. But I went back to it and read it from the perspective of our relationship to the Hostile Elite after having familiarized myself with sites like this one, and it is even more gripping and fascinating, and on so many levels.
I highly recommend it.
Yes, they were able to use Bradshaw, and he was willing to be used.
But they ditched him and quick. If you read him carefully you can see why.
And though he did say and do some things that made me curse and swear the overall influence of his work is simply tailor-made for what we are trying to do, ie; Free ourselves from a Hostile Influence.
But it would require many in the WN movement to face some unpleasant facts about the state of White families. So far they seem unwilling to do it. Which would explain the paucity of articles on the subject.
