Kevin MacDonald: The story of Bob Kellar, a city councilman in Santa Clarita, has been getting a lot of attention in Southern California. The LA Times (“’Proud racist’comment roils Santa Clarita”) describes the context:
The controversy stems from a Jan. 16 anti-immigration rally in Santa Clarita; Kellar spoke and referred to a statement by former President Theodore Roosevelt that the United States has a place for only one flag and one language.
Kellar said those remarks caused some people to accuse him of being racist to which he replied: If believing in America causes people to think he’s a racist, “then I’m a proud racist.”
What this really shows is that the left has a very low threshold for what constitutes racism among Whites. Advocating one flag and one language is not going to be enough to stave off White dispossession and is certainly not racist by any reasonable definition of the term. In this video interview, Kellar says “of course, I am not a racist. I am anything else but,” and then says he will continue to “do what’s right for all the people of this great nation.” Of course, the LA Time gets right in line by labeling Answer Coalition, the organization protesting Kellar, as “anti-racist.”
As the newspaper article makes clear, the focus is on illegal immigration, not immigration in general. Even opposition to illegal immigration becomes politically risky and likely to bring out aggressive protestors waving signs and pointing fingers. Advocating cultural assimilation becomes “racism” — the most deadly charge in contemporary American public life.
But of course, this tactic works. Politicians who value a peaceful life and good media coverage will certainly avoid talking like Bob Kellar.
What strikes me is the sheer aggression of the open borders crowd. In the past week my classes have been disrupted by student activists calling me a Nazi, claiming that I advocate genocide, and generally making life unpleasant. The reason for this renewed activism is my association with the American Third Position. This is a recording of Gustavo Arellano’s show on KPFK, January, 28. (KPFK-Radio Pacifica is a self-described “Progressive and Independent” station. Ironically, KPFK portrays itself as a staunch advocate of free speech.)
Arellano begins by baldly asserting that A3P and I advocate deportation of all non-Whites, including African Americans and every other group, legal or illegal, no matter how long they or their ancestors have been here. Not only that, he claims that A3P advocates suppression of all LBGT’s (lesbian, bisexual, gay, and transgender, for those not in the loop of leftist acronyms). (For the record, my position is that gays and other sexual minorities have ethnic interests just like everyone else). For these supposed crimes, he advocates that I be fired from my academic position.
This is the summary A3P statement on immigration:
To safeguard our identity and culture, and to maintain the very existence of our nation, we will immediately put an indefinite moratorium on all immigration. Recognizing our people’s right to safety, and respecting the sanctity of the rule of law, we will immediately deport all criminal and illegal aliens. We believe, too, that American citizenship should be exclusive and meaningful. As such, the American Third Position will end the practice of automatic birthright-citizenship for children of illegal aliens. To restore, with civility, the identity and culture of our homeland, we will provide incentives for recent, legal immigrants to return to their respective lands.
This reflects my views. Pretty clearly, it does not advocate a blanket deportation of non-Whites. There is nothing in it that can reasonably be labeled as racist. Deporting illegal aliens is the official policy of the US government and I really don’t know why anyone would oppose deporting criminal aliens. Further, I have no doubt that this statement reflects the views of a strong majority of White Americans — even though they and their political representatives are terrified to say so publicly.
It’s obvious that the activist left cares nothing for the truth or accurate depictions of the ideas of those who disagree with them. But as long as it is effective, they will doubtless continue to do it.
I can’t help but point out the obvious: people like Arellano are ethnic activists for their own people but they would deny me the right to act on my ethnic interests or even to identify as a European-American. He has a strong ethnic identity as a Mexican. (His column “Ask a Mexican” runs in the Orange County Weekly.)
I am not at all surprised that he wants the best for his people, including getting as many of them as possible to become US citizens and to pursue political power here.
But people like me have ethnic interests too. It’s not about hate. It’s about conflicts of interest over the ethnic composition of the country. And even though politicians like Bob Kellar shy away from explicitly asserting their ethnic interests, they are tapping into a growing rage among White Americans that their country is being taken away from them. At this point it’s not possible to see where this rage will lead, but it will certainly make for interesting times.
Facing the Future as a Minority
Yes Kmac you are so right on the money I think all white American should listen to Pacifica at least one daya week and hear the blatant disregard and hatred the historical white american population.
Every day is “People of Color”, and how racist a term is that it implys that all but Whites are a color and used coupled with derogatory terms that imply whites as evil occupiers. I hear about Black and Brown power, and Black and Brown movements.. If ever one where to perform a study on Race and Hate on public FM and AM radio nationally, Pacifica and NPR would be the winners hands down of pure race baiting hatred toward whiets and the sole hyperethnic interest of non whites.. while I rarely hear the Asians on there complaining.. lol

They dont want to eradicate Whites, because Whites are the workhorses of society, the mules if you will, that form the main tax base (non-Whites pay less than 10% of all income taxes). However, in the Jewish mind, having a racial majority of any type is a threat to their security. Jews certainly do not want a Hispanic majority. Rather, the ideal future as seen by Jewish leadership is a nation divided across numerous racial, ethnic, cultural and religious lines. They still want Whites, but would like them as a minor minority, and sub-divided into factions as much as possible. The Semitic ideal for the US population is perhaps 20% White, 20% East Asian, 20% Indian, 20% Hispanic, 10% African and perhaps the rest being Araba and others for good measure (including a small Jewish minority). With such a diverse group, no one group can be dominant, and the nation is inherently split into diverse groups, rife with ethnic conflict. Jews thrive in an environment like this, and very often rise to leadership positions, as they are very good at organizing such a morass, as far as it can be organized. It is very common to see Jews in positions such as sports commissioners, and they seem to do very well Mayoring New York City, their archetype for the future (where Whites are already a minority, and the population is a diverse hive of people from every nationality and ethnicity). In this type of situation, the other groups can be triangulated against each other; Indian Hindus against European Christians, Hispanics against Blacks, etc. With few common bonds of unity, and a sea of clashing interests, such a diverse society is deeply fractured. The morass as a whole has an urgent need for very clever individuals who have access to the media and can create the byzantine coalitions needed to get things done. Its a perfect environment for enterprising Jews to rise to the top of the leadership strata.

We need to consider a policy for dealing with this. Somehow the charge of ‘racism’ needs to be defused. I was hoping that this was going to happen with the Tea parties — but then the neocons jumped in. For a short time, when it was mostly white, and the people were called racist for opposing Obamacare, many began accepting term — and it was losing its power. But then, of course, the Neocons made sure to promote Blacks Tea partiers, to ‘prove they were not racist.’ So the term remains. It remains as a collar — for whites to ever prove they are not racist.
No doubt the left and the ethnointerests use the term as they will and so long as people take it; it will be there — and we will have to tip toe around it. The problem is, to delegitimize it, you need a mass of people willing to be called racist– only then does it lose its power. When it is just you or me or a few other, we can easily be cudgeled into submission.
I don’t know if Neocons did this on purpose. Whatever the case, the made sure the ‘racist’ charge is alive an well.

I think that is a big mistake. We don’t need to defuse that tactic on their part, we need to EMBRACE it. We need to stop running from such accusations. When they throw that at us we need to say, that, ‘yes, we are “racist”, and there’s no scientific evidence that there is anything wrong with “racism”‘. We need to start getting in their faces.
It is their hope to keep Whites always off-balance and on the defensive when racial issues are discussed. They will succeed as long as we assume a defensive posture.

I thought that’s what I said. Nonetheless, that only works if there are enough people doing it. Status-power-words are like paper money. Both only have value insofar as people collectively give them value, and allow them to represent something. And when people collectively assign them value — they have real power. In our case, being liberally-correct is social tender. If a large numbers of people using it, the tender loses its value. If only a few people do, those few lose their status, whether economic or social. This is why its tricky. That is, unless enough people are willing to say ‘racist, so what!’ or ‘racist, defined how so?’ those who do will be ostracized.
The only way, for a few people to oppose this system, is to undermine it, such people have to do what MacDonald has been doing with ‘antisemitism’ — they have to do what the Leftists did and deconstruct the discourse of society.
Basically, if there is not mass rejection of the language, you need to create a body of work showing how ‘racism’ is a fraud word. There has been enormous amounts of effort done in academia to buildi up these words. We have to start deconstructing them. Otherwise, we are stuck speaking the Leftist language — whether that means saying, ‘I’m a racist, so what!’ ‘I’m not a racist’ or some variant.

Its amazing how much gall the Hispanics have and I’m shocked by their aggression and sense of entitlement. The head of La Raza used to appear on Lou Dobbs and she really had a mouth on her. It is infuriating to have these people come to our country and get in our faces so you just want to smack them.

That’s aggression which would put Mexicans on the defense. They defend Mexico and consider themselves Mexicans so when they oppose such a plank, they could be accused of racism and unfairness because they want to take from us but don’t wish to give us any part of Mexico so they are the racists.
The way things are there is no down side for Mexicans and other illegals so we should create some. Like conditioning support for Israel on whether or not world Jewry lives there. Is there any legal recourse outside of the university to put a stop to the harassment? They are obviously trying to intimidate you, interfere with your livelihood and create a hostile workplace environment for you. I don’t suppose the EEOC would come to your defense or the university itself, and God knows we have no White advocacy groups we can call. Have you sought legal counsel?

Regarding Arellano’s comment: The question on Radio Free Mississippi had to do with whether I would support a White homeland, and I said I would support it. That would mean that some part of the US, perhaps the Northwest, would be reserved for the traditional people and culture of America. Such an area would be explicitly White and it would control its borders to keep out non-Whites. In other words, it would have the same immigration policy that most countries in the world have. As I said to the thugs who disrupted my class, no one would suppose that Israel or Korea has a moral imperative to import millions of non-Jews or non-Koreans respectively. In the same way, Mexico actively prevents immigration from Central America but of course Mexicans like Arellano aggressively pursue immigration policies to favor their own ethnic group up here.
That is very different from advocating an ethnically cleansed US as it is now where people would be forcibly deported. As I said in my post, I accept the policy position as put forward on the A3P Program — forcible deportation of illegals and voluntary repatriation of others.
Regarding LGBT issues, my view as I have posted it several times is that sexual orientation is largely biologically influenced. It makes no sense to tell people to change their sexual orientation. However, gay people and other sexual minorities have ethnic interests in the same way everyone else does. And part of their ethnic interest is to encourage an official, above-ground heterosexual culture. Make the culture supportive of families and children. In other words, common sense. Again, from an evolutionary perspective, it is in the ethnic interests of White LBGT’s to encourage strong White families committed to rearing children.
Indeed, I think that one of the saddest and most destructive aspects of the current culture is that such a large percentage of sexual minorities have become part of the culture of the left, reveling in vicimization narratives and making alliances with non-White and anti-White ethnic activists. When the dust settles in a few decades, people like them will realize what a horrible mistake they have made.

I’ve always felt that being confrontational is a bad strategy for pro-white people .

Arellano repeatedly advocated on his radio show that a citizen’s arrest be made of an individual who had an outstanding warrant for a traffic violation. That’s really asking for trouble, particularly if the individual has already paid the ticket, or is awaiting a hearing or other administrative procedure. Both the radio station, and Arellano could find themselves involved in a lawsuit or lawsuits for advocating false arrest, kidnapping, assault etc.

That would be quite a trick, since even saying that whites have interests, or even that they exist as a race, is enough to convict you of being a racist in the eyes of most whites.
America has been a deeply anti-racist place ever since its founding, even back in the slave days. That may seem paradoxical, but it is nonetheless true, and I’m not just speaking of the Abolitionists. When you read the words of the slave-owning Founders of the republic, you can tell that even they feel embarrassed and shamed by their position. They did not like the institution of slavery, but their need for human farm equipment overcame their moral compunctions. Their greed triumphed over their intellectual preference for racial egalitarianism. After the Civil War, the entire justification for which was to end the racial supremacy of their fellow whites over blacks, this situation only became worse. Prosecuted at the cost of tremendous blood and treasure, the War made the implicit self-abnegation of the white race explicit, as KM might put it. That was the first major collapse. The compulsory end of segregation and subsequent self-discrimination against whites by whites via Affirmative Action were only continuations of this trend.
The accusation of “Racist!” only works because the average white doesn’t consider himself a racist, and therefore doesn’t particularly mind if other whites are attacked as racists. It’s all the same to him so long as his own personal fortunes aren’t affected. He even gets a little shiver of pleasure from altruistically punishing members of his own race for this supposed moral failing, which he imagines he does not share.
This only happens because whites as a race have never had a collective racial sense of themselves. The fact that they are the only race that can be intimidated by the petit-demagogue’s charge of “Racist!” could very easily prove a fatal weakness.
Arellano’s obsession with KMac is really becoming pathological and borders on harassment.

We could push the Mexicans further South, perhaps down to South America. I believe that the A3P should make a new declaration of manifest destiny for White America considering how much we improved the land of America over what the native population were capable of doing.
We have all the evidence we need that we could certainly improve Mexico so rather than putting Mexicans on Reservations we should just drive them South.

I don’t know how Mexicans can reconquist anything since none of the United States belonged to them. We made agreements and paid for what land we took from Mexico. Most of the mexicans who come here come from southern mexico and their people never set a foot on American soil anyway.

What I intended to say – I’m stunned at Kevin’s comments about White people allowing Mexicans to take part of our country and White people voluntarily living in a part of the nation such as the North West. What!

I think we have to be open to a lot of different ideas and I am not advocating giving up anything. Certainly Whites would remain a force in the rest of the US, and a White homeland would be a shining beacon on the hill that would be enormously influential as the multicultural morass of the rest of the US sinks into the mire. In fact, if any traditionally White country declared that it was White, kept out non-White immigrants, etc., it would completely change the political rhetoric and political landscape. After Armageddon
I want to alert the TOO blog readers to a nine-part series that recently played on cable TV. It is called “After Armageddon”. Part one starts here on YouTube. Each following part becomes available after it. Each YouTube part is about nine–ten minutes long with the entire program lasting about 90 minutes.
It is the hypothetical scenario of a pandemic here in North America. It depicts a couple with an adolescent boy and their struggle to first deal with the situation in Los Angeles. As things continue to worsen they decide to leave the area and head east and eventually north. They end up in Idaho.
The pandemic worsens and many in North America die. The centralized U.S. Government becomes fragmented and the nation drifts into decentralized, locally ruled, autonomous regions.
The program is supplemented with interviews of “survival” experts who describe how things are likely to develop under such conditions.
Perhaps this is the way it will happens in the U.S. Needless to say, any pandemic will be intensified with plenty of revolutionary activity.

It’s too late in the game for that. You strike me as too dim to comprehend the reasons for it (not that they’re incredibly complicated) but you’re going to have settle for something substantially less.
I don’t think they have any threshold at all.
White liberals call you “racist” not because they think it’s important that you might actually be a racist, but because of the effect they hope it will have.
They want you to stutter and get defensive and tell them all about your black friends. They want to set you back on your heels and create a situation where no matter what you do, they can gain the moral high ground.
I find that the best way to deal with this sort of thing is to counter attack. Never deny, just ignore and attack.
Attack, attack, attack. And when in doubt, attack some more.

The biggest fear Jews, Latinos, Blacks, Asians and other anointed tribes have is that of organized, angry whites. Because all of them, from the lowest level Mecha Member to Abe Foxman and his overseers, they know they cannot stop organized, aware whites. Why do you say that America belongs to a group of vagabonds from Asia? The Injuns followed the animals when the Asian and North American landmasses were connected. Why would you think that America belonged to a primitive group of creatures who followed animals? They did not discover America. They have no more right to it than the animals they were following. They have no moral right to it; no legal right to it. They lost the war with the White man—get used to it.
The Injuns have no place in North America—or Central America or South America. We will show them that sooner than you think.

Very stimulating and inspiring thread. Mr. MacDonald is a hero for us and I’d go to the brink for him. Obviously, the term “racist” is now just a propaganda bludgeon designed to invalidate and smear a host of very natural, human instincts and affections.
