World War II is often referred to as the war against racism, as if it were fought to prevent future racial discrimination. This is far from the truth. In fact there are numerous accounts which show explicit White consciousness. This piece does not pretend to give a complete picture, but rather points out some illustrative examples.
Pearl Harbor and war in the Pacific
The editorial of Life magazine in May 1945 included the following remarks: “Americans had to learn to hate Germans, but hating Japs comes natural—as natural as fighting Indian wars once was.” This is in a nutshell is the difference between the average American attitudes towards the enemy during World War II: the Japanese were a different race. Besides this, the Americans felt treacherously attacked by Japan in Pearl Harbor, but they did not feel any need for revenge or hatred against the Germans. In the government propaganda the emphasize in the war against Germany was placed on the National Socialist (commonly referred as Nazi) regime rather than the Germans, preventing the feeling among second-generation German-Americans that they were fighting their own kind.
Another distinctive difference between the approach towards Japanese-Americans and German-Americans was that the distrust against the former was much greater than against the latter. All 120,000 Japanese-Americans were rounded up in the beginning of 1942 and detained in concentration camps in the most remote and inhospitable places of America. They were not drafted (although there existed small volunteer units), nor were they deployed as laborers in the war-industry. On the other hand, there was no official distrust of any kind towards Americans originating from European Axis countries which were drafted and employed in the war industry without restrictions.
The Americans were very negative towards Japanese who were labeled as aggressive, savage, brutal and treacherous. They were even considered as a subhuman menace. War commentator Ernie Pyle described it by stating that “the Japanese were looked upon as something subhuman and repulsive; the way some people feel about cockroaches or mice.” Historian Allen Nevins explicitly touched the race factor: “Probably in all our history no foe has been so detested as were the Japanese. Emotions forgotten since our most savage Indian wars were reawakened.” When the government did a questionnaire among the American population about the proper fate of the Japanese, roughly one out of eight replied they should be exterminated. This option was not included in a similar questionnaire on the fate of the German people (although U.S. Secretary of State Henry Morganthau, Jr. certainly would have wanted it).
Race relations in the American army
The American army was completely segregated at the beginning of the war. It was not until well after the war that the U.S. Armed Forces were slowly desegregated by Executive Order 9981 of President Truman in July 1948. The segregation not only meant separate units, but also distinctive duties. Frontline duty was preserved for Whites, while Blacks were delegated to labour units and performed supply tasks, which gave them the name of ‘cantine commando’s’ among the frontline troops. As the war progressed American losses mounted and late in the war Black frontline units were grudgingly created to compensate for White manpower shortages in the frontline. Even when deployed as fighting troops, Blacks were preferably assigned to supportive branches, like the artillery.
The creation of Black frontline units did not mean that they were always deployed accordingly. The all-Black 555th Parachute Infantry Battalion was a daring experiment at the time, because parachute troops had élite status (together with Rangers and Marines) and was accordingly a bulwark of Whites. When the Black battalion was offered to the commanders in Western Europe they replied that “simply had no use” for it despite the horrific losses among American parachute troops as a result of extensive use in the Italian and French campaign of 1943/1944, not to speak of the setbacks at Arnhem and bearing the brunt of the German Ardennes-offensive (Bastogne). Ultimately they were wasted fighting forest fires in Oregon as a result of Japanese balloon attacks with incendiary bombs. Another larger Black unit, the 93th Division, was only assigned to guard duty in the Pacific.
In the end Blacks never made up more than 10% of the armed forces and more than 90% of the Blacks were assigned to physical labour behind the frontline. One of the reasons for the lukewarm reception of Blacks in the army was the low test results of Blacks on the Army General Classification Test (AGCT). Only 8.5% of all White recruits ended up in the lowest level V compared to 49.2% of all Black recruits. When we take into account the three highest levels (I, II and III), the gap between White and Black is even bigger: 66.7% to 16.1%. It meant that the great majority of Blacks (83.9%) scored at the two lowest levels, while the majority of Whites (66.7%) scored in the highest three levels. These results were backed up by the experience in both World Wars of underperforming Black units, like the 92nd Division. During the Italian campaign this division was repeatly pushed back by inferior Axis forces, even by the puny Italian troops during the battle of Garfagnana in December 1944.
Colonial troops and the liberation of Paris, August 25, 1944
Colonial possessions proved a valuable—if not vital—supply of manpower for the British and French armies. The British-Indian forces alone comprised over 2.5 million men, making up roughly half of the forces under British command. In the Free French forces under De Gaulle Whites did not make up more than one third of all forces, as they were mostly comprised of Arabs and Blacks. The French forces were basically composed of mercenaries and their troops acted as such when they advanced in Italy, leaving a trail of rape, killing, pillage and plunder locally known as the Marocchinate. When Rome was taken by the Americans, the French colonial troops were not allowed in the city by order of general Mark Clark on request of Pope Pius XII, who was well informed and was appalled by what he had heard about the atrocities in the Italian countryside.
The only Free French unit who participated in the Normandy campaign that led to the liberation of Paris was the French 2nd Armoured Division, which was anything but French. It was a unit made up of Blacks, Arabs, French sailors and even Spanish communists, who were interned in France after the Spanish civil war and joined the Free French forces in 1940 rather than remain in occupied France. Only 25% of the division was made up of native French. This issue was addressed by Eisenhower’s Chief of Staff Walter Bedell Smith in January 1944 before the invasion of France: “It is more desirable that the division mentioned above consist of white personnel.”
Even when all other French divisions were stripped of their White personnel there were not enough Whites to make the division 100% White, which was an American precondition for allowing the French to liberate Paris. Even Eisenhower’s deputy Chief of Staff, the British general Frederick Morgan, was pressing for an all-White French division for the liberation of Paris: “I have told Colonel de Chevene that his chances of getting what he wants will be vastly improved if he can produce a White infantry division.” In the end there was a silent compromise among the Allies in which all Blacks were removed from the French 2nd Armoured Division and Meditterenean troops (Syrians, Algerians, etc.) were added to make the division look more White.
Facing the Future as a Minority
Americans did learn to hate the Germans rather quickly (just like in WW1) thanks to shameless Anglo-American propaganda that was blatantly anti-German, not just anti-
‘Nazi.’ German-Americans were indeed put into detention camps, though not nearly on the same scale as Japanese-Americans.
Even though Patton had a change of heart later, both he and Eisenhower were almost pathologically anti-German. This explains why the former unabashedly encouraged his soldiers to rape, loot and kill German civilians (which they proceeded to do on a large scale), and why the latter established massive outdoor starvation pens for disarmed German soldiers, and why he played a major role in getting the exaggerations, distortions and outright lies that became known as The Holocaust started.
Let us not fool ourselves. People like Patton and Eisenhower were hardly better than Henry Morganthau, Jr.. And the propaganda of the Allies, especially of the Anglo-American variety, made that of Goebbels look remarkably restrained and entirely truthful. I have a hard time caring about our leaders having been more honest about the differences in behavior and intelligence between whites and blacks.
The father of Emmitt Till, the teenage boy killed for “whistling at a white woman” (that’s not even close to what happened) was hanged in Italy during WWII for raping and murdering two or three Italian women.
If i remember correctly, the US 92nd was the ONLY all-black unit that saw significant action. The other Allies, and the Axis (Germany and Japan) made more significant use of “auxiliary” units from conquered territories or overseas colonies than the US did of blacks.

Reading about the poor performance of black Us soldiers in WW2, one is perplexed as to why so many white Americans are literally shit-scared of blacks and make such easy meat in muggings etc.
The general meme that goes around today is that blacks are tough, violent, physically strong and courageous – this is helped by the existence of violent street gangs and the inadequacy of the police response to the same.
I believe it is true to say that a majority of white American men are frightened of blacks because they think that blacks are tougher, stronger and braver.But it appears that this meme is less than 70 years old, and during and before WW2, it wasn’t around.
Why the change in attitude?
Previously it was the blacks who had a fear of whites.
WW2 was fought for the same (realist) reasons as WW1, it had nothing to do with the racial views of the Germans in 1939 any more than it had to do with militarism in 1914. Destroy this mad brute’ WWI propaganda poster.
The British Empire was totally uninterested in the Bengal famine of 1943 in which an estimated three million people died.
What is the Holocaust death toll set at these days (it seems to change and be revised weekly)? I was reading a Red Cross piece that said the jew death toll was between 275,000 to 300,000 during the Holohoax years and that many deaths were due to disease. Can anyone confirm this number? People have punch way too many holes through the 6 million number although it’s important to note that most white folks accept this number as fact (they never challenge or question it)….

Obviously the Axis forces weren’t inferior to the 92nd Division, considering that the Axis forces kept beating the 92nd division in spite of being greatly outnumbered and having far less in the way of heavy weaponry.
It was the choking off of German and Italian war production, combined with a freakish output of American war production and how this translated to air supremacy, which allowed American units (White American unites, anyway) to outfight Axis units.

The Italian troops in that battle were puny in number, but certainly not puny in spirit and bravery.
Even considering the inferiority of Black soldiers, for about 9,000 Axis soldiers with merely 100 pieces of artillery and no tanks to drive back 18,000 Allies troops armed with 120 tanks, 140 artillery batteries and backed up by 160 P-47 Thunderbolts was still a remarkable achievement.

@Old Glory: The Red Cross estimates you mentioned are very close to the numbers you wrote down. And, yes, The Red Cross, a widely respected body with no particular political axe to grind, noted that most of those deaths were due to disease, especially Typhus. Towards the end of the war, these outbreaks of disease, as well as the lack of adequate nourishment for the inmates, were extremely difficult for the Germans to deal with, as railways, roads, bridges, civilian targets and pretty much anything that moved were being mercilessly bombed. In short, they could hardly manage to feed their own soldiers and citizens.
Those figures were dismissed, and we were told that at least six million innocent people were murdered (in ways that are literally impossible) by those evil “Nazis”. One of the reasons we were given about how this number was arrived at had to do with the meticulous records the Germans kept. Well, the Germans did keep meticulous records, and they showed no such thing.
A huge portion of those documents were seized by the Soviets at war’s end. After the Soviet Union dissolved, several of those captured documents were released. And what do you know? The original German records conform to those old findings of The Red Cross. Whoops!
That was around two decades ago. Did we hear any discussion about it? Of course, not.

There are some great facts and examples in it about the holocaust. Although I can’t prove everything that is said, one thing for sure is that we are not allowed to talk about what happened during those years, and that is clearly suspicious. Another thing is, we never hear about the Jewish led Bolshevik Revolution, or the Ukrainian Genocide, known as the Holodomor, or the expulsion of ethnic Germans from Russia, etc. The Jews want us to think that all through out history that Whites are the oppressors and never the victims.

However, he beat them with ease, even though he was greatly outnumbered. How? Well, he quipped that one Mameluke is worth five Frenchmen, but one hundred Frenchmen are worth five hundred Mamelukes.

Checked out how many African Americans were killed in WW2-does 708 sound right? As far as Jewish deaths in the WW2 era goes I’ve heard the 300,000 number also but you must add the number of Jews who escaped to the Soviet Union and died either to the harsh conditions or cobat in the Red Army. So the total must be around 1 million to 1.2 million. A good source for details on this is “The Dissolution Of Eastern European Jewry” by W. Sanning. To to those interested it is claimed in the book ” Other Losses” that more German soldiers died in allied concentration camps than died in combat in the European theater.

According to IRC, less than 300.000 people died in German camps alltogether, from various reasons, mostly due to Typhus. About a third of them were Jews. Nobody died in Treblinka-Sobibor-Belzec-Chelmno. These camps were invented after WW2 fo propaganda purposes. Treblinka was a gravel pit and Sobibor was a storage for useless ammunition.
Anyway, Holocaust Fraud is very important indeed!

At the risk of offending the writer, I have to say that the quote above is the Japanese ethnic grievance version of what happened during WWII, not even remotely true either explicitly or implicitly.
There were two categories (evacuation & internment) applied equally to German nationals, Italian nationals, and Japanese nationals. The first category is that they were required to evacuate the West Coast as a military measure. The Japanese nationals who ended up in the evacuation camps were always free to keep on going east, and many did. It is instructive to read the obituaries of prominent Japanese nationals who did just that. Their children received full scholarships & housing costs at colleges in the mid-west if they chose to take them upon completing high school in the small cities near the evacuation camps.
The other category (internment) applied to the three foreign national categories mentioned above as well as US citizens of a number of national origins, and they were sorted out as “criminal aliens” and there were far more European-origin suspects than Japanese-origin suspects who were interned in internment camps which were far different in nature from the evacuation camps. No leaving until well after the war ended.
The word “all” is particularly inappropriate…no Japanese in Hawaii were evacuated or interned, and no one outside the West Coast military area was evacuated. There were many, many tens of thousands of Japanese who were not touched by the war at all.
In short, the quoted sentence is an important component of the Anti-White Narrative such that it is used to silence the diverse white Americans from resisting slander, stereotypes, special treatment, and demands for reparations by saucy Japanese ethnic grievance spokespeople.
I would like to recommend the Eric Hunt documentary titled ‘The Last Days of the Big Lie’ to the readers of Occidental Observer Online. A particularly comical segment shows a collection of WW2 black veterans waxing on and on about how they remember helping to ‘liberate’ the poor captives at one or more of the concentration camps, and then the narrator provides factual proof that no negro unit was stationed or deployed anywhere near any of the camps which were cited. Spielberg was effectively exposed as a lying, jew fool and propaganda spewing blowhard in this excellent documentary.
Another lie may have been unintentionally exposed in this article. Vichy France had few, if any restrictions on the movement of the population. If the French were so opposed to the Germans, why wouldn’t there have been enough additional Frenchmen from Vichy France travelling through Spain to make up a batallion for the “Free French” army?

I believe it was he who said right after the war that the Germans were the “best race in Europe.” He was also, I believe, a voice of resistance against the Morgenthau push to destroy German as a people-nation following the war. Patton’s relatively positive sentiment toward the Germans, as close to the war as he was (actually administered Bavaria I believe), has always been difficult for me to reconcile with the story that the Germans deliberately gassed and starved people to death in concentration camps during the war. How could he have held that opinion given what the Germans did?

I have to believe that if those numbers were actually reported by the Red Cross, we would have seen it reported already. I’ve also come across readings that claimed jews served in Hitler’s army – approximately 150,000, some officers, others soldiers.

The short anwer is, yes, the Red Cross in Arolsen has these numbers and yes, these are deaths from all causes, and yes, they are dramatically lower than the 6 million (invented in Nuremberg and never checked by the tribunal).
The exterminationists (i.e. the Holocaust believers) say, those, who were directly sent to the ‘gas chambers’, were not registered and came up with four million dead in Auschwitz alone. After 1990, this 4 million number has been lowered to 1.5 – without giving reasons and without lowering the total of 6 million, of course.
Among the many facts that make the ‘Holocaust’ narrative suspicious, is that not one single obduction of the concentration camp cadavers – and the allies examined thousands of dead bodies – found any traces of gassing.

@Trenchant: A friendly question: apropos Nanking, do you discount what seems to me the well-documented testimony of John Rabe? (I don’t.) I read the pdf file you link to, and I must say that I find it stronger on argumentation than substantiation. One needn’t accept Iris Chang’s largely anecdotal numbers, of course, but surely the military murder of between fifty and seventy thousand civilians (Rabe’s numbers) and the rape of that many (or more) women and girls is a crime worthy of recollection and condemnation, wouldn’t you agree?
If, as may well be the case, you know more about this matter than I do, please enlighten me.
Incidentally, I spent two (drafted) years in the army (Vietnam vet), and during my time in uniform, I became painfully aware of what horrors my fellow GIs were capable of when command-level discipline, with the lively threat of severe sanctions, was not imposed upon them. My own inclination (or bias, if you will) with regard to soldiers, therefore, is to expect, if not the worst, then far from the best, especially when those soldiers are on the loose.

Aprilia may I remind you that yes that puny Axis force did manage to push back overwhelming US black troops. Don’t forget that even these Black units were lead by ‘White boys’ officers and NCOs. I think that leadership in Axis units was overbearing and if not superior than that of the Allies.
