Orbán vs. Merkel: Can Europe’s Conservative Populists End the Migrant Crisis?

One of the great lies — endlessly repeated — of the world’s liberal-plutocratic media is that nation-states are “too small” or “powerless” to manage any major problems on their own in the age of globalization. This assertion is meant fundamentally to justify national authorities’ abdication of responsibility and legitimize the transfer of power to transnational authorities (such as the European Union, the United Nations, the World Trade Organization . . .) which are less democratic and thus less susceptible to being controlled by “populists” representing, after all, the people.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has now exposed these globalist lies concerning immigration: The building of a fence and the policing of borders have effectively halted the invasion of illegal migrants to his country. Hungarian police report that daily border crossings have collapsed from a peak of 9,380 to just 277. Hungary, a nation of just under 10 million people, has thus solved the “migrant crisis.”

Orbán: Europeans should “throw away political correctness” and shut down migrant invasion

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is, by far, the most effective political leader in office today in defending the interests of the indigenous peoples of Europe. His creation of a border fence has all but shut down the migrant invasion of his country. Zsolt Bayer, a co-founder of Orbán’s Fidesz party, has even explicitly discussed White interests in the context the migrant crisis: “This [immigration] is the weapon that they, the invisible hands, have employed against Europe and against the White race.”

Thus a ruling political party in Europe, in a mainstream conservative group, is discussing and to some extent governing according to our legitimate interests. This is good food for the soul of every White Advocate, more used to demonization and ostracism since the ethnically-motivated pseudoscience of Franz Boas, Theodor Adorno, and Stephen J. Gould has become culturally hegemonic.

But Orbán is not merely content to save his own nation. Indeed, he has endlessly lectured his fellow European leaders to take mass immigration seriously as the existential threat that it is. In particular, the Prime Minister recently chose to dedicate an entire speech at the European People’s Party (EPP) annual congress exclusively to the subject of immigration. The EPP is the European umbrella grouping of mainstream conservative and Christian-Democratic groups, which includes both Orbán’s Fidesz and German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Christian Democrats. Congress attendees included Merkel, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker (who gave, in contrast, an unbelievably feckless speech), and many other European political bigwigs. Emily Thornberry is back. This rich Marxist lawyer is perfect for the modern Labour Party because she despises the White working-class. Unfortunately, she made this obvious in public last year, so Ed Miliband, then Labour leader, was forced to sack her from his shadow cabinet. Now Jeremy Corbyn, the radical new Labour leader, has welcomed her back as shadow minister for employment. He doesn’t care about her contempt for Labour’s traditional supporters, because he shares it. As one of their own peers pointed out, Labour views “working-class voters as an obstacle to progress” —  racist, sexist and homophobic threats to Britain’s vibrant rainbow future.

That’s why progressives in Britain want to swamp working-class Whites with gentle, chivalrous, LGBTQ-friendly Muslims and Blacks from the Third World. The results are already apparent in Rotherham, Oxford and many other places, but progressives aren’t satisfied. Emily Thornberry and her fellow feminists want lots more Muslims and lots more child-rape. But Emily isn’t just a typical Labourite: she’s also a typical lawyer. That’s why she surely welcomed this courageous intervention in the “refugee crisis” by key members of the legal community:

The government’s offer to take in 20,000 Syrian refugees over five years is far “too low, too slow and too narrow”, according to a statement published by 300 senior lawyers, former law lords and retired judges. Prominent supporters of the legal initiative, denouncing the UK’s asylum policy as “deeply inadequate” on Monday, include the former president of the supreme court, Lord Phillips, three ex-law lords — Steyn, Walker and Woolf — as well as a former president of the European court of human rights, Sir Nicolas Bratza, and a one-time director of public prosecutions, Lord MacDonald.

Conservative Politician Punished for Pointing Out “France Is a White Country”

The Overton window appears to be shifting. The current migratory crisis has led to unusually explicit discussion of race in Europe even among our traditionally lackluster “conservative” parties (most spectacularly in Hungary). French conservative politician Nadine Morano recently argued during a talk show that France is a White country and should not become Muslim:

For there to be national cohesion, we need to maintain a balance in the country, that is to say its cultural majority. We are a Judeo-Christian country – as General [Charles] de Gaulle used to say – of white race, which is welcoming foreign persons. I want France to stay French. I do not want France to become Muslim.[1]

Morano did not explicitly say she wanted France to remain a White country, hiding behind quotes of De Gaulle, but that was pretty heavy dog-whistling. She later doubled down on her statement, citing De Gaulle’s Mémoires d’Espoir on Europe:

For my part, I have, since always, but today more than ever, felt that which is common to the nations which inhabit [Europe]. All being of the same white race, of the same Christian origin, of the same way of life, bound between each other since always by countless relations of thought, art, science, politics, commerce, it is in line with their nature that they come to form a whole, having in the world its character and its organization.[2]

Morano has naturally been subjected to massive media attacks and been condemned by her own political party. She defended herself in an interview:

To subject me to a media lynching, to crucify me in the media, because I dared to quote the statements of General de Gaulle, even as in our country radical Islam is establishing itself, where we see more and more veiled women at the end of the school day, which we did not see ten years ago, and nobody is questioning themselves![3]

It is important to note that Morano’s party, now called “Les Républicains,” claims to be the “Gaullist” ideological successor to the General. Les Républicains are led by quarter-Jewish former president Nicolas Sarkozy, who in the past has said France requires coercive miscegenation [métissage], that “Israel’s right to security [. . .] is the struggle of my life,” and that the Shoah means humanity has “contracted with the Jewish people a debt which cannot be extinguished.”[4]

Les Républicains were outraged at Morano’s statements, the party making the ludicrous claim — really a genocidal lie — that France has “always” been multiethnic, citing the existence of Black African colonies centuries ago. The party has decided to punish Morano by eliminating her candidacy in upcoming regional elections but, interestingly, she will not be purged from the party. Given that the regions have fairly insignificant powers, this can be considered a mere slap on the wrist.

It is unclear why Morano made her statement. No doubt the rise of the Front National, the migrant crisis, and the trickle-down influence of online nationalist media are putting pressure on mainstream conservatives. Importantly, several members of Les Républicains have discussed reform or elimination of birthright citizenship, which would tackle one of the root causes of the multiculturalist nightmare. Given that Morano has faced relatively minor political punishment — despite serious media punishment — more conservative politicians may well begin to explicitly condemn Afro-Islamic demographic change and voice the interests of indigenous Europeans.

Canada Must Take In German Refugees

Given the fact that many native-born Germans are being forced out of their homes and their schools to make way for migrants, and that the wages of the working poor will be driven down by the need to lower the minimum wage to generate work for migrants, it is apparent that Angel Merkel’s mad agenda of “integrating” 800,000 “refugees” will make refugees out of German citizens.

We must therefore demand that all parties and leaders — Stephen Harper, Thomas Mulcair, Justin Trudeau and Elizabeth May — commit to bring in as many of these German refugees as possible and as soon as we can. The situation is urgent.

As former CBC reporter Brian Stewart said, ours is a big country and “Canada can absorb a lot of people”. So governments at all levels must get cracking. They also must encourage private citizens and churches to pitch in and sponsor their share too.  It is, as Mr. Stewart would say, “Time for Canadians to step up to the plate.”

Hungarian PM Orban rejects Merkel’s “moral imperialism” in refugee crisis

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s most recent comments on the invasion are beautifully stated in terms of the “moral imperialism” of countries like Germany that are imposing their sense of morality on other EU member states. A theme at TOO is that the anti-White revolution that is displacing Whites from areas they have dominated for hundreds or thousands of years has been rationalized intellectually as a moral imperative. The most important moral imperative in the West today is the evil of any sense of ethnocentrism among Whites. A strong sense of racial identification and pride was common and even dominant in the early twentieth century, but became a victim of the rise of the left and the disaster of World War II. All of the Jewish intellectual movements discussed in The Culture of Critique resulted in moral critiques of the West, particularly centered around the absolute evil and even psychopathology of identifying as Whites and having a sense of White interests. This ideology has occupied all the moral and intellectual high ground in the West for at least the last 50 years and is constantly disseminated throughout the media and educational system. Read more
