Man, I didn’t see that one coming. Of course she did! The sensible SB 1070 law out of Arizona was scheduled to go into effect tonight. But not anymore. Federal judges who legislate from the bench in order to circumvent the will of the voting public is nothing new. The regime has been using this playbook since the 1950′s and they’ll continue to do it until European Americans unite racially and put an end to it, politically speaking.
Enough of this Republican vs. Democrat nonsense. Race matters. Period. Until White people can understand that fact (as all minority ethnic groups know all too well) we’ll continue to go into battle with both hands tied behind our backs. And we’ll continue to lose.
PHOENIX – A federal judge on Wednesday blocked the most controversial parts of Arizona’s immigration law from taking effect, delivering a last-minute victory to opponents of the crackdown.
The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person’s immigration status while enforcing other laws.
The judge also put on hold parts of the law that required immigrants to carry their papers at all times, and made it illegal for undocumented workers to solicit employment in public places. In addition, the judge blocked officers from making warrantless arrests of suspected illegal immigrants.
“Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked,” U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ruled.
She ruled that the controversial sections should be put on hold until the courts resolve the issues. Other provisions of the law, many of them procedural and slight revisions to existing Arizona immigration statute, will go into effect at 12:01 a.m.
The ruling came just as police were making last-minute preparations to begin enforcement of the law and protesters were planning large demonstrations to speak out against the measure. At least one group planned to block access to federal offices, daring officers to ask them about their immigration status.
Let’s recap. The illegal alien malcontents, who have no rights as citizens of this country, get a U.S. Federal Judge to rule in their favor, while the taxpaying American citizens of Arizona, the vast majority of whom were in support of this law, get told to go to hell.
And my hunch is that the law-abiding citizens of Arizona will just suck their thumbs, lick their wounds, and go back to work tomorrow forgetting that this ever happened. I mean, that’s what our people have done ever since the “Civil Rights” era, right? That’s what we did when a Federal judge struck down California’s Proposition 187 that attempted to prevent illegal aliens from receiving health care, education, and other social services. We have mortgages to pay and football games to watch. Sure, it’s too bad that Americans can’t control their own destiny anymore, but we have jobs and we don’t get paid to be career protesters.
Is that the way it’s going to be this time, Arizonans?

Facing the Future as a Minority
Was the Immigration Act of 1924 Illiberal?
As much as I hate this decision, it may turn out to be for the best. Decisions like this make it very difficult psychologically for whites to maintain the belief that they are still in charge of their own country–or have anything whatsoever to say about its governance.
None other than Karl Marx noted that reform and compromise are what the elites engage in to maintain their hold on power. It has become very clear that the hostile elites think so little of average whites that they won’t even think about lowering themselves to compromise with us.
The next similar decision to come down the pike will be on California’s constitutional amendment banning homosexual marriage. When California’s constitution is declared to be unconstitutional, again it will be difficult for whites to deny they no longer have any say in their own country.
If this kind of thing doesn’t wake whites up, I don’t know what will.
I don’t know anything about federal pre-emption law, which is what this decision is based on. Since pre-emption is fairly important constitutional issue these days, I wouldn’t be surprised if worked its way through appeals to the supreme court.
Notice how feeble the reasoning is:

Undoubtedly correct. Checking people’s IDs restricts liberty. But it’s something citizens and non-citizens are subjected to on a daily basis, and it’s not a significant restriction of liberty. But of course we know it will result in less foreigners being allowed to stay in the United States, which is the true ‘evil’ here.
So work within the system faileoconservatism doesn’t work? Just checking.
This sounds like an argument for secession to me. No Federal government means no Federal judges, after all.
Secession means the freedom for Arizonans to take control of their own destiny.
If I had a few hundred thousand dollars to throw around, I would seed a secessionist movement in Arizona. It would be an interesting experiment.
Now is the time. White Nationalists will never win when right-thinking white people identify the the US. Well, for the time being in Arizona, they don’t. They have been kicked in the teeth by the feds. And while they are still smarting, we need to get them thinking and talking about secession.
Arizona can do one of two things; obey the judge and stop checking the immigration status of people under arrest or tell her to go pound sound and enforce the law they made.
The judicial branch is out of control. They need to be ignored every time they rule against the wishes of the people. And the people need to elect legislators who will impeach these judges.

I respectfully disagree, James. The Arizona law is not the prize…a federal law that constructs a big fence along the U.S. border and kicks the illegals out is the prize. I had my doubts about the Arizona law to begin with, but it was useful as a focal point that demonstrates to sideline America how much Obama and Holder are against them. Obama’s numbers will take a big hit as a result, and therefore he’ll be more likely to dance when when federal legislation comes up.
Also, a courtroom decision is never a political victory or loss, though people like to think it is. It’s a courtroom decision. I was actually worried that if the court ruled in favor of the Arizona law, it might be used as ammunition against a federal law/enforcement/etc. Why? Because under the proposed Arizona law, the cops could pull anyone over to check their status. This could easily be contorted into Nazism by Obama when making his case for federal legislation.
Other local/state efforts might be hampered as a result of this decision, though, like the one in Fremont, which is currently on hold.
Arizona should just ignore the federal judge’s ruling and enforce SB1070 anyway.
She’ll need to send out a nationwide call for “assistance” from patriotic Americans to come to Arizona and they need to be instructed to bring all of their marksmanship equipment and plenty of rope.
If Arizona law enforcement simply ignores the Federal court’s ruling, and enforces SB1070, what can Obama do? Send in Federal police/military to ensure that illegal aliens aren’t asked for ID? We should all lobby our state representatives and sheriffs to enact anti-illegal laws similar to Arizona’s.
I forgot to mention that we should also talk up the issue, especially with our fellow Whites. I had the opportunity to speak to two White friends who deem themselves to be liberal, and who were half-heartedly criticizing SB1070 with the usual boilerplate comments. I think they expected me to go along with them, but I didn’t, and although they couldn’t find it within themselves to agree with me, they let me talk and their eyes were lighting up as if I had had the audacity to say that the emperor had no clothes or 2+2=4. There were no liberal thought police (Jews or other anti-Whites) present, which made my job much easier.
At his point in time, worse is better. Native Born White Americans are waking up and resistance is growing-but it isn’t occuring fast enough to prevent race-replacement from taking place.
Let them pass amnesty. The next day, and every day after, the MSM elites will turn on Native Born White Americans with an even greater intetnsity. This will provoke a race war. Washington DC will have no legitimacy. States will break away. Millions of Native Born White Americans will be very inolerant of China and India extetnding their racail borders deep inside OUR AMERICA.
At this point in time, James Edwards should state emphatically that Immigration Enthusiasts are racists….for what could be more racist than race-replaceing the Native Born White American Majority with high fertility asians,muslims.hispanics,caribeans and blacks.
