It’s impossible to turn on television these days without messages to donate to Haitian relief by Michelle Obama and others. Or we read a newspaper article and find that there is an outpouring of concern about Haiti — leading not only to financial donations but to offers of adoption by American, presumably White, parents of the estimated 380,000 Haitian orphans:
Tammy Gage of Stanberry, Mo., cries every time she turns on the TV and sees the devastation in Haiti. And though she already has three daughters, she didn’t hesitate when her husband suggested that they adopt from Haiti.
“That’s all he needed to say,” she said.
Gage and her husband, Brad, are among many Americans expressing interest in adopting children who have been left orphans from the quake last week. Adoption advocacy groups are reporting dozens of calls a day.
Patrick Cleburne points out that 37% of Americans say they or someone in their family has donated to Haitian relief.
This altruism on behalf of genetically unrelated people who have created the quintessential dysfunctional society is pathetic and shows how far we have to go to get people to think rationally about this issue.
It is yet another example of the power of the media. Imagine if the media simply framed this as what you would expect from a people with an average IQ of 72 and a 200-year record of economic failure and inability to govern themselves. Imagine if the media messages were informed by ethnic genetic interests and if adopting parents were made aware that they would feel less psychological involvement with their African children than to genetically similar others. Imagine if there were no high-status figures on TV advocating Haitian relief and thereby appealing to our evolved psychology of emulating high-status people. (By adopting a Haitian refugee or making a donation, I can get the approval of people like George Clooney, Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera.)
Altruistic Whites who contributed to the relief effort would be scorned as naïve and misguided — and they would be made aware that they will likely be unhappy in the long run. The aid would dry up. Our explicit processing mechanisms (human rationality) could easily overcome the natural empathy that we feel when we see human suffering. On the other hand, Whites would not at all be surprised that Blacks and other non-Whites (including presumably President Obama given his strong non-White identity) strongly support the immigration of Haitians because in doing so they are supporting their own ethnic genetic interests in a non-White America. Indeed, 70% of Black Americans favor Haitian immigration compared to 45% of Whites.
Alex Kurtagic’s current TOO article (“Haiti must not be rebuilt”) is an anecdote to all that. As he notes, the left has a “profoundly Eurocentric” belief that other peoples are the same. “The result is a campaign for ever more aid and development, fuelled by the belief that, given enough money, education, and opportunity, the Third World (including even Haiti) will eventually converge with Europe.”
From the standpoint of the multicultural left, societies like Haiti can’t be allowed to fail because the failure challenges their whole belief system.
It’s interesting that one of our favourite neocons, Elliott Abrams, wants to increase Haitian immigration to the US so that they can send money back to Haiti. This is a twist on the leftist theory that everyone is equal and that Haiti, given enough support, will be just like Sweden. Abrams’ implicit theory is that Haiti cannot possibly be expected to make itself into a viable society unless it can siphon off wealth from the US. As he points out, this is already happening for a great many countries, prototypically Mexico, Honduras, and, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic.
As a charter member of the Israel lobby, he knows all about siphoning off wealth (not to mention the lives of US military personnel) from the US on behalf of a foreign country. And as a Jew, he is certainly well within the Jewish mainstream when it comes to immigration policy generally. The implicit model of the US for Abrams is exactly the model advocated by Jewish activists for the last century: A proposition nation composed of different cultures and ethnicities, each with an allegiance to their own people wherever they may live.
Needless to say, this vision of American is profoundly antithetical to the interests of European-descended people in the United States.

Most of what is going on is a show for the Jews. They’ll be able to point to Hollywood’s efforts. Efforts at getting whites to contribute their money while the Jews keep their money to themselves. Literally 98% of the men will never work in their lifetimes, even in the US. These two groups of stone age peoples are the biggest abusers of welfare in the US, even among blacks. Jews are aware of this too. Our economy has been basically ruined by Jews, so there’s little doubt in my mind that they’re having a laugh at getting the stupid, broke goyim to toss dollar bills at the Haitians like drunks throwing their money at strippers. And like the drunks, the silly white goyim will get nothing.
The Jews will probably end up having to run for it, to get out of the US when it all falls down. But most won’t care. Even if they don’t have rule over the West, they will have destroyed the US. Having lived in LA for many years now, I’ve been through my share of earthquakes, having been right on top of the Northridge quake in ’94 (7.0 – which the insurance companies begged and cajoled to have dropped to 6.9 to try and get away from claims – wonder who was behind that?). You miss the point, Dr. MacDonald. The best reason for giving money to Haiti is to keep the Haitians in Haiti. That whole island (including the Dominican Republic) is bursting at the seams with a disgenic mass who would all love to come here to escape the horrid conditions of their own making. We already have enough barely functional 3rd and 4th worlders here.
Supporting a suffering out-group is adaptive for simple quid-pro-quo reasons. Implicit pity and explicit rational self-interest go together here for goodness sake. Helping them in their own country is in line with our own agenda. I agree with Art.

John Stonehouse makes his point well, this is like Kevin MacDonald’s previous post on Haiti. Such a tough-minded viewpoint is a very hard sell. On the other hand very few people regularly forgo buying luxuries and send the money to the Third World to save lives even though they could quite easily do so, but a media campaign gets some of them ready to take the huge burdon of adopting.
Help should be in the form of disaster relief. Don’t worry too much about Haiti being rebuilt – any aid money will be stolen.

Regarding Jewish intentions, its not as simple as this group attempting to destroy the European race. Its a case of Jews looking out for their own interests. If they thought their interests were best served by anti-immigration policies and preserving Whites, they would support such. There is a natural hostility that Jews have for Europeans of course, although they usually have the same hostility for any race that they reside among. Jews do not wish to destroy Europeans, but rather reduce them to minority status, so that they can never unite the nation under a Nationalist regime, thus posing a threat. It will be sufficient to reduce them to a minority of say, 20% of the population in a century or so.
The Israelis deal with China not because they support that nation, but because they see benefit for themselves (in the case of selling US technology, this is a monetary benefit). Naturally Israelis want to have a strong relationship with the Chinese, because China is growing quickly, and will probably eventually eclipse the US in economic strength. Israel can offer China many advantages, such as access to sensitive US information and influencing US foreign policy through the large contingent of loyal Jews in the government here.
However, there is little chance of Jews becoming an elite within China. East Asians are quite ethnocentric (Jews have been in contact with Japan for quite a while, but have little influence over that nation). East Asian nations naturally reject foreign influence over their national affairs. The Chinese cannot be considered to be under Zionist control, nor is it ever likely that they would be. Neither is it conceivable that the Chinese would ever be capable of, or even want to, invade the US. Economic domination through debt and other means is fully sufficient for Chinese purposes. Remember that the Chinese are also pursuing their interests, doing what is best for China (this is the central calculation behind their policies). In this regard, East Asians are better equipped for managing nation-states in the modern era than altruistic Europeans are.
If current trends continue over the next several decades, and the US sinks into more of a third-world existence, life will still be quite livable here for the Jews and other elites (its the lower middle class and poor that will suffer). The US will transform into a more advanced version of Brazil, but note that the elites of Brazil live quite well. There would be no reason for Jews to want to jump ship. In such a scenario, Jews will have accomplished a critical goal; long term security for their tribe in the midst of a formerly European nation.
However, do not expect current trends in the US to continue forever. There is an inevitable awakening process underway here. There are many different convergent forces at work that are all pushing a slow awakening among Whites. This is a very long process that probably wont really arrive in force until after 2050, when Whites are a minority, social programs have gone bankrupt and a reckoning with the accumulated debt has occurred. At that time, Whites will feel the pain that is a crucial part of the awakening process. We can expect to see huge sea changes in politics here, and real Nationalist movements. It is all but inevitable, but it lies in the future. In the meantime, get your A3P membership, have as many kids as possible, and raise them quarantined from the popular culture as much as you are able.

There are a lot of interesting statements here. By beginning with the characterization of this push as “another example of the power of media”, it makes think that KM may believe, as I do, that modern technological methods of persuasion and propaganda are light years more advanced than what existed in the past. But white people have always been mostly lemmings, and even under the relatively primitive technological conditions of the 19th century, our native culture of critique, the Abolitionists and Transcendentalists, probably would have behaved just this same way; and their behavior was able to persuade a lot of people, albeit more slowly, but also more disastrously, as their efforts ultimately resulted in the Civil War, the bloodiest and most expensive conflagration in US history.

I’m not so sure. Perhaps they could, using these same modern methods of propaganda and persuasion, and given what is now known about racial genetics. But these explicit processing mechanisms didn’t do so well in the 19th century, in spite of the fact that the negro was quite a bit more racially separate from the white back then, both culturally and genetically. “Altruistic Whites who contributed to the relief effort”, such as John Brown, were not “scorned as naïve and misguided”, but rather made into heroes and martyrs. Certainly one could have made a very rational case against the War, and many did, and yet it was all to no avail.
If we think the mechanisms of explicit processing would be more successful now, it is probably because the techniques of propaganda and persuasion that the truth would have at its disposal are so much more formidable now. White people in general seem at least as clueless on racial questions as they ever were, and very likely more so. Often we think, probably with more than a little justice, that they are putty in the media’s hands, and can be made to believe literally almost anything.
However, this implies that the problem with these modern media technologies is not merely one of bad use. If the vast majority of white people can be shaped by them to believe anything, then they are inherently bad, and by their nature destroy freedom. We would like to construct a free society of white people who decide questions rationally, not a nation of lemmings who can be made to believe anything if only the pitch is crafted carefully enough. The vision of the kind of society most whites would consider ideal is impossible to reconcile with these highly developed means of technological persuasion, and as these techniques continue to be refined, it will become even more so.
I think it’s time to be prudent and recognize that the chances for a future European US, let alone Australia, Canada is low. While I applaud Kevin’s efforts to defend our collective interest in the manner he is doing, and while this is necessary to do, we have to begin working on re-image ourselves as an ethnic block and a transnational diaspora.
For those of us that are already post-Christian, we need to work on creating an ethnoidentity grounded in our ancestral Europeanness, both in the genetic and cultural sense. Christianity was a spiritually universal binding narrative that was functional when it was; it’s time to consider developing a spiritually particular narrative, where our transcendent immortal sense is our collective consciousness. While we may be predisposed to individualism, narratives can go a long way to forge a sense of collective loyalty and willingness to stay true to a way.

The power of media to shape a persons perspective lies, in part, in its use of imagery and repetition. These bypass our explicit conceptual systems and create sets of implicit schemata. Media acts like Music. It just has more enduring impact.
When Kevin talks about explicit and implicit he often does not make a crucial distinctions. Though this is common in cognitive psychology. In our brain, there are separate subsystems that control what we might call automatic and what we might call intentional systems. Implicit and explicit cognitions are both intentional. Whether we are talking about inexplicable visual schema or action models or we are talking about verbally accessible conceptual networks, we are dealing with intentional behavior. (All intentional cognitions place a cost on ones attention — ) These are quite different from automatic cognition, which are learned though repetition and connected to different neural pathways.
Largely, whites have been implicitly de-racialized and de-ethnicized with respect to themselves and at the same time have been implicitly racialized and ethnicized with respect to others. The racial interest that they still demonstrate are largely automatic and reflexive – it’s due to behavior predispositions. This is important to understand. This is why being explicit about race is not as effective as one might think — it engenders a hostile responses from the brain-washed (ie implicitly conditioned) folk, in a proportion to the degree they have been consitioned.
The needs to be taken into account when we advocate what we do. We also need to begin creating online and real communities that helps build this sense. Using imagery of whites in groups and Europeans together is one way to do this — especially given that many of us are visually loaded when it comes to cognition.
