Mondoweiss has posted a summary of articles by rabidly pro-Israel rabbis who have waxed indignant about the Penn St. situation, basing their arguments on a rather tendentious reading of Jewish religious ethics. The article by Rabbi Moshe Leib Gray, the head of Chabad at Dartmouth (described by Mondoweiss as promoting Israel “to a faretheewell”) makes it clear that not informing when others are suffering is forbidden by Jewish ethics:
When it comes to saving a life, physically or spiritually, we must to do everything in our power to push aside our natural inclinations, to depart from our comfort zone and to speak harsh words; to do what is right, even when it challenges the will of God Almighty. (Emphasis in text)
This is a strong ethic indeed. Mondoweiss makes that point that these same rabbis manage to look the other way in the face of Palestinian suffering and Israeli ethnic cleansing. Good point.
Beyond that, these high-flown statements of Jewish ethics don’t seem to apply to mesirah–the prohibition against informing on other Jews. Some of the most egregious examples of mesirah come from Orthodox Jewish communities like Rabbi Gray’s Chabad—e.g., this blog by John Graham which describes mesirah advocated by Agudath Israel in the case of reporting child abuse allegations within the Jewish community.
Rabbi Gray’s article also notes that “the university’s president seems to have been held accountable.” Yes he has been held accountable. And for good reason. The Grand Jury report makes it clear that Penn St. president Graham Spanier was informed by Athletic Director Tim Curley about Sandusky and did nothing about it, even approving the policy that Sandusky would not be allowed to bring young boys on campus. Indeed, since Spanier was the president, he bears ultimate responsibility for not telling the police. People like Paterno and Curley probably rationalized their inaction by thinking (wrongly) that they had done their duty by reporting to the highest levels of the university.
But Rabbi Gray never mentions the name of the Penn St. president and the wording is apparently designed to minimize any culpability by Spanier. Neither do any of the other three pontificating rabbis mentioned in the Mondoweiss article. This sin of omission can also be seen as an aspect of the mesirah mentality, because it is well known that Spanier is Jewish, as noted by his Wikipedia page. Rabbi Gray and the other rabbis can’t quite bring themselves to acknowledge that the person who bears ultimate responsibility is a Jew. Instead, the implication is that Paterno and others who failed to do anything simply hadn’t imbibed the morally superior Jewish ethical code. Viewed from another perspective, however, Spanier’s behavior is a secular version of mesirah: protect the Penn St. community at all costs, even if it means allowing suffering to continue and criminals continuing their exploitation of children.
Incidentally, in 2010 Mondoweiss noted Spanier refused to sign a petition condemning the Israeli flotilla attack, saying it was against policy to sign petitions. However, he “was among nine college presidents who organized a petition to endorse Columbia University President Lee Bollinger’s statement denouncing a boycott of Israeli educational institutions.” This behavior conforms quite well to that other well-known Jewish ethical principle: Is it good for the Jews?
Finally, it should be noted that Spanier was a good soldier in the left’s campaign to eradicate ideas they don’t like from university life (see “Snitching promoted at Penn St.”). The article mentions a lawsuit filed against Penn St. policies by the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF):
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia on February 22, charges that PSU has a speech code centered around intolerance that is “vague, overbroad, and suppresses the discussion of ‘controversial’ viewpoints and its subjectivity allows for highly selective enforcement.”
According to the ADF, a second reason for the lawsuit is that “Penn State places further limits on free expression by singling out religious speech in its student fee funding program, refusing to recognize religious student organizations and withholding all funding if the group’s primary purpose is not “educational” – at the same time that Penn State funds other activities designed to convert individuals to different political, moral, cultural, or ideological points of view.”
Well said. It’s not too much of a stretch to claim that entire departments in the humanities and social “sciences” are devoted to converting students to leftist, anti-White orthodoxy. The article makes it clear that Penn St. does indeed prohibit speech likely to offend the multicultural establishment. (E.g., Penn St.’s Protocol on Bias Motivated incidents has the following definition: “A bias motivated incident is conduct, speech, or expression that is motivated by bias based on actual or perceived age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, gender expression, national origin, race, religious creed, gender, sexual orientation or veteran status, but does not rise to the level of a criminal offense [which would be a hate crime].”)
Good riddance to Graham Spanier. It won’t change the reign of terror of political correctness at Penn St. But it’s satisfying nonetheless.

From what is known publicly, to date, Coach Joe Paterno did nothing improper in regard to the recent allegations against Jerry Sandusky. Paterno’s removal was simply a case of scapegoating– a purely craven P.R. move on the part of Penn State’s board of trustees.
No one, including the moralizing, pontificating and bloviating mainsteam media– e.g., Robert Iger’s collection of (mostly Black and Jewish) anchors, reporters and commentators, on the plethora of ESPN channels– claims that Joe Paterno witnessed any crime (allegedly) committed by Jerry Sandusky.
No evidence has come to light, as far as I am aware, that demonstrates that Joe Paterno knew anything about Jerry Sandusky’s (alleged) proclivities, prior to March 2, 2002, when Paterno received a call from his graduate assistant about what he (allegedly) had witnessed, the night before, in the showers of the football building. Paterno promptly reported what he had been told to his superior in the administration, the Penn State athletic director, Mr. Curley. Paterno did not even wait until business hours, first thing Monday morning, but instead had Curley over to the Paterno home for a private talk on a Sunday, the day after he himself first had learned of the alleged event.
As soon as Paterno passed the claim along to Curley, privacy laws at both the state and federal levels, as well as privacy regulations of the university itself, were activated. Paterno, as merely a highly paid employee of the university, was formally and legally “out of the loop” from that point forward. As Coach Sandusky had retired from Paterno’s staff more the two years earlier, Paterno retained no control over his former subordinate; the reason that Mr. Sandusky retained access to the university and its facilities, after 1999, is because he had negotiated emeritus status with the administration, upon his resignation from Paterno’s staff and retirement from the university.
I strongly suspect that the abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky have been greatly embellished by at least one witness before the grand jury: Coach Mike McQueary. I will forgo explicating why I suspect that; but, as a ‘Mr. Arbogast’ once explained to a California motelier, ‘Norman Bates’: “Well, if it doesn’t gel, it isn’t aspic; and, this ain’t gellin’!”

I read somewhere that Sandusky was Jewish, in passing. I haven’t really paid attention to this story and was not aware Spanier was Jewish. The whole thing is utterly bizarre to me, and don’t see how these idiots could have let this go on for so long.
Spanier would have been a Tom Ridge appointement.
Ridge has some questions in his backgound relating to Republicans from his area of Pennsylvania who had the same or similar sexuality as Sandusky. None of these relationships with his fellow Republicans was ever mentioned in the news media—even though they reported the scandals.
So Spanier isn’t the first Tom Ridge Republican to get into trouble.

@me: I’ve always found the American phenom of football curious in this regard: in every other European or pseudo-European country (ie Latin America) soccer and tennis hold sway as the most popular sports. Only in the US is football the most popular. And football just happens to be that sport which accentuates most keenly black physical prowess over that of whites, so all our young people can find “heroes” among those of the black race. It would be interesting to study the inflexion point of just when football surpassed baseball as the national passtime in order to assess what forces were at work promoting football.

IMO basketball is even more complementary to black traits than football, IIRC the NBA is around 85% black whereas the NFL is 75% at most. Quick reflexes, bursts of speed, and jumping are the most important assets at all positions in basketball, whereas there are positions in football where they are not.

The overall impression i got from the Penn State students’ behavior was that of a cult rallying to defend its leader. It’s a very primitive, tribal attitude, loyalty to kin/tribe over moral responsibility, hence it wasn’t surprising when blacks demonstrated their continuing support for figures like OJ Simpson and Michael Vick.

I have relatives in Texas, where schoolboy football is in places a substitute for religion, who tell me that in many, many places high school teams are 75 to 90 percent white. If this is so—I wouldn’t go so far as to claim that it is, though, having no firsthand knowledge and little interest in the subject—one is compelled to conclude that the bulk of these white kids (1) don’t have what it takes to make it in big-time college football, or (2) are crowded out by a big-time sports establishment that is guilty of the charge Brother Francis lays against it, or (3) go to a place like Columbia (0–9 so far this year), where football is a laughable and largely ignored diversion, or like the College of Saint Thomas More, in Fort Worth, where diversion takes many forms but football isn’t one of them.
I think that it was someone on VDARE—can’t recall who—who wrote the best thing I’ve seen written about pro football lately. He described the NFL’s offensive and defensive linemen, virtually all of them black, as essentially interchangeable, none of them really any different or better or smarter than another. That certainly looks like what I see if I watch any part of a game on Sunday afternoon.

Yeah, strangely enough basketball has carved out something of a niche in Europe (especially the former Eastern bloc for whatever reason, maybe since it was intended to be a winter sport) and there is a sizable contingent of professional European and Argentine players in the US. OTOH I doubt American football will ever find a market in Europe, they’ve tried with holding a game in London annually, among other things, but i don’t see it happening.

The story of Ray Gricar, his disappearance, and his laptop is just crazy, he searched “how to fry a hard drive” or something like that, then they found said hard drive in the river and no one was able to access it. Also Gricar’s brother Roy was found dead in a river about 10 years before in what was ruled a suicide.

Regarding the ethnic connection – I recall the child actor Cory Feldman (sp) revealed he was sexually abused – and claimed a major hollywood director/producer did it – and ‘everyone knows’ he’s a notorious child molester. I do believe if child molestation cases were uncovered they would disproportionaly jewish – which is perhaps one reason main stream media goes into a tizzy when they discover catholic priests – the same way the duke ‘rape’ case provided a cover for the epidemic of black rape.
The problem is, if it were revealed, and the child victims gentiles, it would come alarmingly close to the ancient ‘blood libel’ that has been the cause of many expulsions.

It is something to be annoyed about. It is also something to be hopeful about. I suppose if we were a different race of people, in the same dire position in all senses save for the fact we weren’t still – probably – the richest people on the planet numbering more millionaires than any other people. Well, I suppose that would be worse.
Despite the fact it does cause many feelings of anger. Because how can they not see what is being done to their own people? Irreversible things. Things that spell the end of their own people.

@Mickey Meadows: I suspect that before White millionaires drop big money to support this cause, they will need to feel like there is some prestige attached in to doing so. All this just serves to harm the reputation of an otherwise great site that is supposed to be sane and scientific (per its Mission Statement). It’s not so much that all that activity is wrong, but it probably shouldn’t be on the main intellectual and scientific publication in White Advocacy. It certainly won’t attract any millionaires.
I am sure the attitude has been that appealing to everyone is a good idea, but I think that premise deserves to be looked at again. Re: American football vs. soccer, it has been argued by others than this difference in popularity is based on Americans’ fondness for physical violence, teamwork, specialization of skills, and extravagant individual events or wins/losses. Also, based on my dealings with military from Anglo- sphere countries, the elites of these societies prefer rugby, probably due to its relationship with elite universities and private schools, while soccer is the game of the masses.

Although American football players are majority black, the coaches tend to be majority white. It is still a white man’s game at the management level.
Also, unless a college player is good enough to play in the NFL, they are abandoned after their years of eligibility are used up. College football is no more about education than our current wars are being fought to defend “freedom”.

Jason – You’re making important points. It’s a far reaching issue of how to, while also remaining a coherent unified movement, both spread the net far and wide, and target specific needed audiences.
Of course, we could speak of different sites for different reasons. But then, for example, what if there is a Christian oriented site, and a Pagan oriented site. How can a movement be flexible enough to allow these very different groups to argue and hiss between them, yet, similtaneously be unified – and able to cooperate and interact – with respect to, say, european descendents being a people facing dispossession.
The above example is easy to conjure up, because it relates to a divide that we already know of all too well. But what about, as you say, the problem of how to decide how to focus a particular site to a particular market. Also, how to decide what markets are most desirable in terms of knock-on effects, and the ultimate goal of making WN a socially acceptable position.
The solution I am thinking of, draws on a kind of nested concept. I’m envisioning a hierarchical cluster of organizations/sites, where the top most umbrella organizations have minimual proposals that all underlying organizations, no matter how different they may be, buy into. The top most organizations can be international, and simply relate to peoplehood. Some organizations beneath that could inherit the peoplehood principle and – perhaps – campaign for a public debate about immigration. Then, organizations beneath that might include more controversial mission statemetns. Some organizations would address the Jewish issue for example. Others the Muslim.
However, pointing upward organizations have increased unity around a decreasing number of issues. Going downward, organizations can have very different stances, that may often be at odds with other organization in different branches.
And yet all would be unified.
And yet, there would be deniability for higher level organizations on more controversial matters. It would actually be good for us, if controversial matters were contradicted within our own super-structure of campaigns.
This is one idea. Using structural solutions that meet several goals at once.

@Mickey Meadows: Those are all very good ideas. White Advocacy or White Nationalism must gain some social legitimacy before anything significant happens. And WN will be judged far more harshly than any other group – it’s not fair but it is true.

I don’t think the scientific way is the only way, just to be clear. Religion, culture, personal emotions and instincts, are all very important. However, I see almost zero examples of a race-based religion for Whites out there. Appeals to science have a certain objectivity to them, which almost lets the person referencing them off the hook (“look, these are the facts of human diversity, I didn’t make it this way”). Yet, while I think science is important, I don’t think it will be sufficient on its own.
Sometimes I think we get too caught up in the question of “what’s in your heart – are you a racist?”. Instead of allowing the debate to go there, just keep pointing to the data, to the science, to the studies. At least that is one strategy.
And also, I think we have to find ways to project an air of prestige, at least to certain areas of White Advocacy. Obviously, TOO helps enormously in that regard. I still think it is early days, and the critical thing is to attract people capable of high level work to the movement. Imagine if we had a dozen MacDonald-level intellectuals working for us!

I’m about as pro-Catholic as a non-Catholic can be, but some of these things give me pause.
Regarding, Sandusky’s ethnic origins–the fact that his grandparents were coal miners suggests that they were Catholic Poles to me. I don’t think too many of the tribe did that kind of work. The fact that he went to a Methodist church implies that his wife was of the tribe.

In the UK there’s a terrible problem of South Asian’s of Pakistani origin targeting underage female white children for sex. Particularly children in the care system where they are most vulnerable.

One striking thing about the Jewish folks you evocatively described as “often just one generation [removed] from a medieval village filled with superstition and paranoia” is that the medieval village in question is less an historical reality than an ineradicable demonic fantasy that they have carried round with them since earliest childhood. @me: Yes you are right. I keep forgetting how paranoid the Jewish community is and how much they fear a homogeneous White Gentile society. I forget this, because I wouldn’t naturally have any animosity towards Jews if they weren’t hurting my country. If they had behaved as good citizens, I doubt anyone would think about them.

There is a foul-mouthed, abusive middle-aged female in an internet community that I used to frequent. (I have nothing against middle-aged people; I’m merely pointing out her age, which makes her inappropriate behavior stand out even more.)
She bullies people regularly, and is… downright nasty. And she always, somehow, manages to frame herself as the victim… in every single area of her life, in every online interaction, in every… thing… always. It’s like a power grab.
There is so much power in victimhood; that’s what I’ve come to believe after observing her, and then zooming out and realizing that some groups (homosexual activists and Jewish people) operate the same way. They are constantly framing themselves as victims; that’s their offense — the illusion of defense.
By the way, I’ve never considered myself an anti-semite, and I still do not; I figure the average Jewish person is just that… but I hope White culture can be free of their disprortionate influence/power (Hollywood/the banks) some day soon.

In a sense, I think they would no longer thing of themselves as Jewish. I think much of the identity is built around a permanent ‘siege’ mentality, and creating fear of ‘other’ if I may borrow a pretentious graduate student phrase.

I think there are still many good, honest, humble adults, from 18-100 years old. But the media sure seems to give us the impression that they don’t exist anymore.
I know some great White women of different ages. I love them so much, more than I can describe in words. And encountering and observing some of the foul, broken females out there has only deepened my appreciation of the good women who have managed to transcend or avoid much of our culture’s negative influence. There are a couple of women who are truly holy to me. I’m so grateful for them, and for their ancestors. Sometimes I just meditate on them, and thank God for their existence, for whatever created them. And pray for them and their families. I also pray that there will be future generations of good, beautiful White people.
Random: I saw a new Wal-Mart commercial a short while ago. I don’t really watch television, but I saw it in passing. Anyway, there was a goofy, almost insane White woman (the shopper) talking to a calm, collected Black man (a Wal-Mart employee).

Under pressure from Jewish organizations, Berlin radio station Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) has fired its Berlin disc jokey, Ken Jebsen 45, reported by Spiegel Online magazine on November 25, 2011.
Ken Jebsen’s crime was that he believes Holocaust was a Jewish PR to counter criticism of Israel and Jews. Ken also claimed that 9/11 is an inside job.
The anti-Ken Jewish campaign began when Ken recently e-mailed to one of his listeners who was offended by his statement and passed it on to Jewish blogger and journalist Henryk Broder, a columnist for Die Welt.
Jebsen wrote, “The Holocaust is used as PR”. The statement has been interpreted as Holocaust denial, which is illegal in Germany.
Berlin Jewish Community president Lala Suesskind in a statement said: “It’s not a question of whether Mr. Jebsen is an anti-Semite or not. The question is whether one can just get back to normal after such statements have been made. Because the whole process has triggered a series of anti-Semitic comments, particularly on the Internet”.
Berlin Jewish leaders had called for tougher measures against Jebsen last week, noting Christian Dior’s firing of fashion guru British designer John Galliano last spring for anti-Semitic comments.

This is a good article because it at least attempts to blow wide open the full story of the Penn State sex scandal, however, we are long long way from fully blowing the lid off of this issue.
There are many other universities and many other societal insitutions that are in what I call a “bribery – blackmail – extortion grid” over not only homosexual – pedophilia, but all other forms of extreme unconstitutional, tyrannical, and anti-Christian policies and behaviors of the leaders of these institutions. (Maybe we should look at how Penn State matter is related to UC – Davis matter.)
All of the terminal corruption of our entire society and its institutions is held in line, held in place by this grid.
But maybe now, we are beginning to get at the light of truth in this cesspool that is now what the USA has become.

I like the thesis of Dr. E.
