We’re not the ones who brought up Judaism. It’s the media that, with absolutely no evidence whatsoever, dreamed up the notion that Giffords was assassinated by an anti-Semitic White Nationalist. When we speculated that Loughner might be Jewish, we did so based on a solid lead from an interview in Mother Jones of his closest friend. It was very relevant, as his being Jewish would have disabled the media’s unprovoked attack on us.
Exactly right. I am certainly not wedded to the idea that Loughner was Jewish on his mother’s side. That’s why I had a question mark in the title of my blog.
JTA now has a blog by Ron Kampeas that goes through most of the genealogy, concluding with the suggestion that Loughner’s mother’s grandfather may have been Jewish. (In a previous blog, Kampeas had dismissed the Jewish connection because Totman is “an old English name.” By that logic, Jon Stewart couldn’t be Jewish because he has an old Scottish name.) In his most recent comments, Kampeas speculates that Loughner’s mother
might have mentioned her Jewish grandfather, beloved enough to live on in her brother’s name, with pride or interest. Under those circumstances Loughner, who sought “chaos” according to Tierney, might have sought to provoke his mother and his uncle by pretending to admire (or actually admiring) Adolph Hitler. He might have told Tierney that his mother was Jewish as a shorthand, or might have seen her as Jewish — like I said, not the most reliable reporter. Or he might have explained the lineage, and Tierney might understandably have conflated it as “mother Jewish.”
Pretty speculative but helpful in any case. As we wait for a definitive account, the LATimes published an article (“Experts see echoes of extremism in Loughner’s ramblings“) that shows that efforts to blame the “extreme right” continue unabated. The article quotes the $PLC’s notorious Mark Potok as an “expert.” Even after everyone with a brain is chalking it up to insanity, Potok writes, “I think you can find clues to some of the ideas that have influenced him, and I think many of them are clearly coming from the extreme right.”
Never waste an opportunity to vilify the right.

The lefties at the LATimes just couldn’t help but try to tie this thing into the birthright citizenship debate:

But because the mainstream media are either left-wing or globalist-corporatist, “right-wing” Whites, patriots, sovereignty/freedom advocates, anti-Communists, Christians and tea partiers (many of whom aren’t “right-wing” at all) get framed and blamed.

The obvious conclusion to all of this post tragedy rhetoric is that if it is effective for the left it will undoubtedly lead to more violence in the political system. If the right had any brains they would be asking, is the left unconscious of this fact, or is it exactly what they are aiming for?
Totman could be an adopted name. Congresswoman Giffords is Jewish with a very WASP name. Her paternal grandfather Cliff Giffords was born Akiba Hornstein.
Her overt Jewishness is of recent vintage, 2001. That year she visited Israel and found herself. The suspicion occurs to me that at the onset of her political career she decided it was advantageous in America to be a Jew, part of the elite. It would also help to have backers in Tel Aviv. I wonder with what pledges of support and money she returned with to launch herself? And what was the quid pro quo? First loyalty to Zionism?

Govhater, I am a portrait artist. I too see huge discrepancies. Something is very strange here. The eyebrows from high school are TOTALLY different from either of the ‘newer’ photos. Questions should be raised… as in the Bin Laden videos & other issues.

Someone mentioned the “Dartmouth murders” in another thread, in which two teenage boys brutally murdered an academic couple. The poster claimed that the boys had been Jewish and that the media covered it up. I looked into it, and I don’t think the boys were Jewish, but funny enough, I learned ANTISEMITISM was alleged as a motive. The murdered couple turned out to be ethnically German. It would be instructive to compile all the cases where anti-semitism was alleged and turned out to be false/invented.

You mean Gifford’s rabbi, right? I read that article. The rabbi simply said that she did not know the Loughners and she (female rabbi) consulted with other congregations in Tucson and none of them knew the Loughners either. She was responding to the rumor that the Giffords and the Loughners attended the same congregation. Doesn’t mean much either way, since probably most Jews in Tucson would not be known by the rabbis of Tucson.
I don’t think white advocates are careless enough to run around shooting Jews, non-whites-like something out of a William Pierce novel. No, that is actually assisting our enemies. There’s plenty we can do before we get to that stage. But when whites actually become a minority then individual whites and even white “terrorist” organizations will naturally arise. Probably be too late by then tho.

I had assumed that posts like this were due to disruptors, but now I fear these are the actual “thoughts” of many of the visitors. The Jews are in full blown damage control mode. They are desperately trying to keep the fact that Loughner is Jewish from being known by the wider public. There is a striking parallel between this shooting and the Columbine massacre, where both of the shooters were Jewish(Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris). The Jewish media has been successful at covering up the Jewishness of the Columbine shooters up until the present day.

Considering Giffords survived and appears to be recovering rather well (considering), she herself may yet be able to shed light on whether she and the Loughners had anything in common other than victim and perpetrator. It’s a long shot, I know.
