    “Racial quotas” in South Africa are meant to give jobs to blacks. A new law in South Africa means 600,000 people will lose their jobs because they have the “wrong skin color,” according to the opposition. A mass protest is planned in Cape Town on Wednesday.

    Although South Africa’s white population has long been oppressed and fought in every possible way by the ruling ANC party, whites continue to be significantly more successful than blacks. At least one in two blacks in the country is unemployed, while the unemployment rate for whites is 9.5 percent.

    Whites also dominate business leadership – they make up 10 percent of the population – which is not surprising given the pronounced disparities in schooling and vocational training among skin colors.

    But the ANC now wants to counteract this “inequality” by introducing a system of racial quotas in companies with more than 50 employees. The law goes into effect on September 1.

    The main opposition Democratic Alliance (DA) party – which is supported by most whites in South Africa – is protesting racial quotas and plans a mass protest in Cape Town today (Wednesday), AFP reports.

    DA leader John Steenhuisen states that 600,000 people are currently at risk of losing their jobs “because they have the ‘wrong’ skin color or live and work in the ‘wrong’ areas.”

    For its part, the government claims that the law will not lead to layoffs, AFP writes. But the reality is that this new law, with its “racial quotas,” aims to do just that.However, it will not advance the country’s economy, because many blacks still lack the appropriate qualifications to effectively fill these jobs.

    If one looks at the “works” of Papa Stockhausen, the guru of all atonalists, one must inevitably come to the conclusion that he is either a talented incompetent or probably the most untalented genius of all times. Under Hitler he would have ended up with absolute certainty in the loony bin “because of deliberate degeneracy and denigration of art”. One thing you have to hand it to the man: He can entertain you for hours with sheer nonsense. Whereas today there seem to be only people who don’t even have the talent for that.

    Dr Lynn was a tireless and courageous scientist but his pessimism about the West and lack of imagination about possible alternatives to inevitable decline, expressed in this interview, don’t bespeak a great grasp of the forces which are driving us over the cliff.
