Chemnitz – Man Kills Roommate and Rapes the Corpse
Chemnitz – This case is so unbelievably disgusting that even experienced lawyers reach the limits of their vocabulary…
The indictment accuses the rejected but tolerated Afghan asylum seeker Habib Rahman A. (24) of “insulting mischief on the body of a deceased person” in a manslaughter trial at the Chemnitz Regional Court. What sounds like morbid mischief is, in reality, unsurpassed in perversion.
A. is said to have not only killed his roommate, the 27-year-old compatriot Youssef N. He is also accused of raping the decaying corpse.
19 Knife Stabs Before Sex With the Corpse
According to the indictment, the events allegedly took place at an unknown time between September 8 and 12, 2024, in the shared apartment of the compatriots on Wettiner Straße in Aue (Saxony). A. is said to have first stabbed N. with a knife with a 14.5-centimeter blade and a Phillips screwdriver. The killer allegedly used the murder weapons against the neck and head of his victim 19 times. According to public prosecutor Stephan Butzkies, the 27-year-old N. bled to death because the “carotid arteries were severed.”… What followed is formulated in the indictment as follows: “After the death of the victim, the accused undressed the lower body of the corpse and repeatedly performed anal sex on the corpse of the victim, which remained in the room and was increasingly exposed to decomposition.”
Accused Confesses – Policeman Calls Him a ‘Time Bomb’
Why A. killed his roommate and how often he then abused his lifeless corpse remains open. However, what is certain is that it was so: “Everything in the indictment is correct,” the Afghan explained through an interpreter.
The patrol officer who arrested A. was presented with a bizarre sight in the apartment where the crime took place: the victim’s body was virtually laid out. N. was naked. Lying on his stomach, a pillow was draped under his hips in such a way that his buttocks were raised. The worst part is that the policeman wasn’t even completely surprised: “A. was a ticking time bomb. We had to deal with him almost every day in Aue for three weeks. He had repeatedly harassed women. Age didn’t matter: from 10 to 70.”… In the meantime, Z. had even been taken to a psychiatric hospital. However, he was released again from there. “They said he wasn’t mentally ill, but that he just had an increased sex drive,” the policeman explained, shaking his head.
The trial continues. A verdict is expected no later than March 28.
