ZeroHedge: What The Left Doesn’t Want You To Know About Alex Pretti, The Man That Border Patrol Shot

January 26, 2026/6 Comments/in General/by Kevin MacDonald

What The Left Doesn’t Want You To Know About Alex Pretti, The Man That Border Patrol Shot

Mainstream media outlets rushed to paint Alex Pretti as a blameless ICU nurse gunned down by heartless Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis on Saturday. They highlighted his work caring for veterans and seized on video snippets showing him holding a phone. The New York Times ran with that angle, running the headline “Man Killed by Federal Agents in Minneapolis Was Holding a Phone, Not a Gun,” and claimed that footage captured Pretti only with his phone in hand, insisting that agents had no reason to believe he was armed during their encounter.

Media outlets are also quick to point out that Pretti held a valid Minnesota concealed carry permit and legally owned the gun, as if that absolved him for his actions against the Border Patrol agents.

Others point out that he had no criminal record, just traffic tickets.

This, they argue, proves he was an innocent victim, not an agitator.

But what the mainstream media isn’t telling you is that Pretti wasn’t just some random bystander.

According to Jeanne Massey, a neighbor, Pretti was part of a “Signal ICE” group chat of volunteers who organized a sophisticated operation to track ICE activity in real time and alert each other when agents were in the area.

These folks patrol streets, blow whistles, alert residents, and film operations to disrupt arrests.

That puts him not on the sidelines but plugged into the very network that coordinated responses to federal enforcement operations.

Mother Jones profiled the group just last week.

“A new activist twist on neighborhood watch is taking shape in Minneapolis and other cities under occupation by federal immigration agents: ICE Watch,” the outlet reported.

“As Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel drive around these cities, they’re often tailed by people in the neighborhoods. The idea is to make sure witnesses are present for any immigration arrest, to catch incidents on video, and to protest—or at least get the detainee’s name.”

The article described the “ICE watchers” as “passionate, determined, and just about everywhere—and ICE is getting frustrated.”

🚨 HOLY CRAP. They have a full-blown lengthy training manual for leftist insurrectionists stalking, harassing and ambushing ICE and Border agents in Minneapolis

This is a well-organized and well-funded network.

Massey and Pretti were part of the Kingfield neighborhood ICE Watch.

Massey spoke on behalf of her neighbors, saying, “Let me be clear: we are horrified, we are furious, and we are not going to pretend this is anything but what it is — another senseless act of violence carried out by federal agents in our city.”

“This is the third time in just weeks that someone has been shot during these so-called enforcement operations, and it’s devastating to see another life taken while our community is trying to stand up for justice and safety.”

Massey explained that she was one of many Minneapolis locals who flocked to the scene where the man was shot dead this morning.

She said that she was there when the ICE agents stormed the crowd and tear gassed the bystanders.

“People here are terrified, but we are also angry — angry that federal agents continue to operate with impunity, with lethal force, with no accountability,” Massey claimed.

“Our city is under siege. No one here feels safe, and that is unacceptable.”

The mainstream media seems to be uninterested in reporting on Pretti’s involvement with his local ICE Watch group.

Similar gaslighting took place after the shooting of Renee Good after she attempted to run over an ICE agent with her car earlier this month. She was immediately portrayed as a scared “Minnesota mom” who had just dropped her son off at school and accidentally found herself in the middle of an active ICE operation.

In reality, she was a committed anti-ICE activist who deliberately sought to obstruct federal immigration enforcement, and was part of her local “ICE Watch” group as well, with which she received training on how to obstruct federal agents.

Finally, here’s how Dana Loesch put it:

Yes, you absolutely can carry at a protest.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is an anti-2A statist.

No, you absolutely cannot interrupt a federal op while armed and tussle with LEO.

That’s how tragic things happen.

This isn’t rocket science.

Hard to argue with that.

One issue of the aforementioned NSDAP Schulungsbrief (training letter) is devoted to the topic of “German soldiering through the ages.” As a pacifist myself, I cannot see any value in the topic of martyrdom.

In any case, it states that Germans fought against Germans in America because they were paid by the war profiteer Rothschild and sold as mercenaries to the British, but also to the opposing side. Only when the deception was exposed did the slaughter stop and they fell into each other’s arms on the battlefield as lost brothers.

The self-proclaimed libertarian, hardcore-Trumpist, and “civic nationalist” Steven Crowder, who, like his Indian comrade-in-arms Dinesh D’Souza, learned at the Jewish Mises Institute that capitalism is the best thing that ever happened to humanity and that National Socialism was in fact communist, presents here a German and a Jewish woman (which is surely mere coincidence) whom reasonable people can find almost nothing to criticize.

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=91adURtZxE4

When a Jew encounters a German, it seems to be a kind of cat-and-mouse game, in which (see Art Spiegelmann’s “Mouse”) it is already determined from the outset who is the predator and who is the prey.

These roles are reversed, because in reality everything suggests that it is exactly the opposite when it comes to the concession of being “allowed” to be a nation in their own right.

Apart from malicious “rabbis” on YouTube (who are more or less considered “mentally ill freaks”), Jews would never publicly state that it is their deepest desire for the German people to disappear from the face of the earth, but they are doing everything they can to achieve this result.

The “goyim” (which apparently translates as cattle) are still allowed to be “human beings,” but only “racist and anti-Semitic” ones, if they do not embrace their own earthly transgressions like a snake.

A minefield in which everyone probes the wounds of their opponent or (ostensibly) tries to avoid doing so. Who actually inflicted which wounds on whom? The Jews claim, against all cosmic laws, that they are eternally innocent of their own fate.

The young German, who is still visibly inhibited but appears much more relaxed than he does in his home country, lives in America, according to his channel.

In contrast to him, I would have immediately confronted the Jew, who is sitting and gesturing like a woman, with the question of why people, even as pensioners, are thrown into prison for years if they express their own opinion on the subject of the “Holocaust.”

Such ex post facto details are always interesting, but receive too much attention in cases like this where the purported ‘victim’ was definitively in the wrong. Even if he turned out to be a saint or Ms. Good was not in some coordinated obstruction group, the facts stand on their own merits–both officer-involved shootings were 100% justified. Regardless of what we learn of them afterward.

The Aquarius Paradox: Individual Freedom and Collective Coherence

In the symbolic landscape of astrology, Aquarius stands as the water-bearer who pours out the essence of renewal — not for the self, but for humanity. Yet beneath this humanitarian image lies a profound paradox: Aquarius celebrates the autonomous individual while simultaneously demanding loyalty to the collective. In many ways, this mirrors one of the defining conflicts of the modern age — the struggle between personal self-realization and the cohesive structures that hold civilization together.

Modern culture often exalts the pursuit of self-fulfillment as a moral good. “Be yourself,” we are told, “follow your truth,” regardless of convention or consequence. This ethos, born from Enlightenment humanism and Romantic individualism, has evolved into a quasi-religion of self-expression. Its altar is social media; its sacraments are authenticity and autonomy. But when self-realization becomes detached from shared values or community responsibility, it risks collapsing into narcissism. The authentic self, severed from relational context, can become a consumer product — endlessly curated yet existentially hollow.

Aquarius, paradoxically, does not truly belong to this self-absorbed paradigm. Its rulership by both Saturn and Uranus embodies a tension between structure and rebellion, order and innovation. Saturn demands discipline and adherence to law; Uranus sparks revolution and visionary thought. The Aquarian challenge, then, is not to dissolve societal norms but to reform them — to create a better system rather than to reject all systems. The highest expression of Aquarian energy is collective evolution, not isolated self-worship.

This dialectic between self and society lies at the core of nation-building. Every nation emerges from an imaginative contract: individuals relinquish certain freedoms for the sake of shared stability and purpose. A functioning polity depends on citizens who locate their identity not only within personal ambition but also within collective destiny. Rituals, traditions, and cultural norms play a crucial role here; they anchor the individual within historical continuity. When a society loses these binding narratives, it risks fragmentation — a crowd of “selves” shouting across the void of meaning.

Conversely, when conformity suppresses individuality, cultural stagnation ensues. The Aquarian ideal proposes synthesis rather than opposition: a society where singular voices contribute to a unified harmony, like instruments in an orchestra. Innovation serves humanity, and tradition provides form to freedom. In this sense, the Aquarian water-bearer offers a model for reconciling ego with empathy, liberty with loyalty.

As the world enters increasingly uncertain terrain — politically, technologically, and spiritually — the Aquarian lesson feels urgent. The future will not be secured by mere self-realization nor by blind conformity, but by a renewed awareness that individuality finds its highest meaning only in service to the collective evolution of humankind..

“But when self-realization becomes detached from shared values or community responsibility…”

OTOH, maybe, sometimes, those shared values of the community are inherently cruel and evil, and the individual, way ahead of his time, feels no duty to be loyal anymore. Think of certain religions where everyone obeys because they are forced to, thereby presenting a picture of tradition, i.e. “binding narratives.”

That pile of kitchen slops and dead grass clippings heaped up in a corner of the garden one day turns into a fine pile of life-giving fertilizer for new vegetation (food for humans). Transformation of this sort doesn’t come about comfortably for people.

Historical continuity is fine but can’t last forever because the universe doesn’t work that way. We have to know when to dispense with certain traditions and when some others need to be kept. I haven’t seen any generation with the guts and brains to work through all that.

Grist for the mill. Thanks for your essay.

Aquarian Age is nonsense. Everything you see around you has been invented by White men, no coloreds, Jews, etc.
And shut up about this White ensnarement by aquarian idiocy. Buy a gun and start practicing, and read WN biology/genetics, starting with KM.
