The Leech Dismount
First, a refresher. In 2015, the Republican Party was on life support, with a “Do Not Resuscitate” order pinned to its chest and a priest called to administer last rites. Voters kept telling the party they wanted less immigration, less tax-cutting and less warmongering, but the GOP kept giving us more immigration, more tax-cutting and more warmongering. (For a detailed account of this state of affairs, see my columns and books — they make great Christmas gifts — free shipping for Amazon Prime members!)
Only when all other treatments had failed did we turn to an ancient medical treatment: the leech.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Donald J. Trump. There was no greater leech in all the land!
No insult intended. Leeching is a time-honored medical tradition, dating back to the Stone Age, for every conceivable ailment — an overabundance of peccant humors, convulsions, flatulence, scarlet fever, pleurisy, inflamed eyes and diseases of the throat, to name a few. Even today, leeches are the best treatment, as I understand it, for certain anticoagulant purposes. But because they are worms and bloodsuckers, not all patients find the treatment especially tasteful.
Trump was our parasitic worm.
Though any doctor will tell you leeching rarely works, the next time you hear someone say we didn’t get anything from Trump, I respectfully suggest you reply: “I’ve got five words for you: Gorsuch. Kavanaugh. Coney F—ing Barrett.”
True, the only reason we got them is that neither Jared Kushner nor Kim Kardashian had any interest in the judiciary, so the Federalist Society picked Trump’s judges without interference. Albeit completely by accident, the leech still gave us a generation of solid Supreme Court justices. If that sounds like cold comfort, please recall that we just lost the Senate, and barely won the House by the skin of our teeth.
Moreover, without our leech, we would currently either be in Year Six of the Hillary administration, or Year Six of Jeb!’s presidency (who would have given us justices equal in stature to Harriet Miers and David Souter).
But you don’t leave the leech on the body forever. In leechery, once the parasite has served its purpose, it must be carefully removed and submerged in a solution of 70% alcohol to ensure that it is dead. (A common but incorrect method of performing the dismount is to set the leech on fire.)
Naturally, I am not suggesting we burn Trump or submerge him in a 70% alcohol solution.
If we’re coming up with a master list of possibilities after a few drinks, we might consider a traditional game of our dear Afghan allies, who play polo using a severed human head as the ball.
I submit it would bad for the office for Trump’s head to be used in a polo match.
Another idea to come from our perpetual wars is to model the dismount on the de-Ba’athification after Saddam. This workable, but harsh, method would require sending troops to rout Trump from whatever underground bunker he’s hiding in.
I have to reject that, too, for reasons of dignity.
But the one method that I am absolutely, positively, 100% sure will not work is to attack Trump supporters as deplorable, white supremacist insurrectionists.
You will notice that this is the precise method settled on by Biden, the Democrats and the media, for utterly cynical reasons. At this stage, Trump is poisonous to the conservative agenda, so he and the media have exactly the same agenda: Promote Trump.
Liberals want Trump more than we ever did.
Leeching as a medical treatment is not based on the leech’s inherent nobility. Trump was a desperation move.
Our idea was that Trump, for narcissistic reasons, would occasionally do things that we wanted. That was more than we were getting from the Republican Party. I defy anyone to name any of the other 16 GOP presidential candidates who could have beaten Hillary.
We hadn’t planned to get to that point, but there’s no use arguing with the GPS. That’s where we were.
The people who gave Trump more primary votes than any Republican in history weren’t idiots, haters or racists. To the contrary, anyone who withstood the slings and arrows to make Trump president in 2016 is not deplorable, but honorable. Not duped, but clear-eyed. They didn’t screw up; they did the right thing.
It may take some of them a little longer to figure out that we’ve gotten everything out of the leech that we’re ever going to get. But they are good and decent people and will realize soon enough: It’s over. We got our parasitic worm, and it’s time to move on. Sometimes the worm turns; sometimes we turn on the worm.

Here’s the dilemma posed by Robert Barnes.
In the 2020 elections, Trump ran ahead of even the 2022 winning Republican candidates in the contested districts.
Barnes concluded there is a hefty corps of Trump voters (former Democrats, working class, rural voters) who simply don’t show up without Trump on the ticket. Unless you can change the dynamic, even a wildly successful governor like DeSantis as Republican nominee in 2024 would likely lose.
What did Trump do as President? Appointed mildly reliable judges to the bench. Withheld US support from ISIS in Syria. Planned the orderly withdrawal from Afghanistan. Didn’t interfere with deportation of out-and-out criminals and allowed the Customs and Border Protection to do their jobs. Approved the Keystone pipeline and facilitated drilling permits.
I won’t bore you with the list of things Trump didn’t do. It’s just too long. But the real question is, would you rather win with a Trump or lose with a DeSantis. Let’s say that Trump is a leech, looking for the best way to win an election. At least Trump doesn’t hate the US and its culture. He’s going to be pragmatic. Any conceivable Democrat hates the US, its culture and people.
Fair enough.
But the Democrats, the Left, and the mainstream media hate just about anyone who fights hard against their sick Leftist/LGBTQ agenda and will try to vilify and destroy them.
I am not sure that Ann Coulter understands that it’s not just about Trump.
As an aside, Coulter is well aware that Jews are behind a lot of the Leftist agenda but she’s afraid of saying anything as are so many White Christians. We are losing our country.
I ask the highly intelligent Miss Ann Coulter to please inform us whom she sees as an excellent Republican Party replacement for President Donald John Trump? I totally apprehend her attitude toward President Trump but she doesn’t provide us with an alternative.
Need we be reminded that President Trump chose as his 11th National Economic Council Advisor Mister Gary David Cohn, Chief Operating Officer of The Goldman Sachs Group Incorporated , as the 77th United States Secretary Of State, Mister Michael Terner Mnuchin , and from The Swamp not one but a plurality of Neo-Conservatives. First he loves Wikileaks, and then claims he doesn’t know Wikileaks. No defence of Mister Julian Assange as his friend Mister Sean Hannity did, as well as Miss Amy Goodman of “Democracy Now!”. No pardon for Mister Edward Joseph Snowden! And cold cocked out of the blue was Mister Hannity who announced there has been a paradigm shift when Trump announced a pandemic, does not dispose of Doctor Anthony Fauci, respirators, life threatening vaccines. Only Mister Graham Ledger host of “The Daily Ledger” on One America News called the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic The Biggest Sham In World History in 2019! Let us not forget a pro-Israeli policy that during the celebration of the opening of the American Embassy in Jerusalem he backed up the Israeli Defence Forces and their firing live ammunition on women and children and people protesting with rocks. Even Mister Michael Savage found this appalling and horrific, condemning it. My friend Misses Ilana Mercer also an Israeli citizen decries the fear mongering of Iran! Iran! Iran! Russia! Russia! Russia!. She comprehends as I do this has to do with being against Nationalistic Sovereignty and what British Colonel Thomas Edward Lawrence Of Arabia did upon returning to England, “It’s all about petrol.” The danger is the Anglo-American North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.
Miss Coulter, after expressing yourself a you have, you must complete for us your thought, evolving it to develop an answer as to what the formula is to turn back the Technology Of Evil as I call it from the overwhelming gains it has made, not just in America but worldwide. Who should be the choice for President if not Trump? God Bless, Eric Galati
G’day,
Characterising Trump as a parasite and a leech belies reality. It also evidences ignorance.
Arguably the only reason that ‘Trump is poisonous to the conservative agenda’ is that he doesn’t seek to continue the parasitic US bankster controlled regime represented by the Rep/Dems and the media ever since they acquiesced in and tacitly facilitated the creation of the Federal Reserve System in 1913.
Trump won a clear majority of votes in 2016 and 2022 because he rejects the Rep/Dem agenda and seeks to genuinely return political control of the US polity to USans. That will be achieved shortly and will involve devolution of political power to local levels with USans reestablishing a genuine representative Republican polity in which communities in the USA determine, organise, fund and implement what they want at local, district and regional levels via popularly elected councils the members of which will be subject to recall if they fail to press for outcomes that their communities elect them to achieve.
This subtle diatribe by Ann Coulter is typical of the Rep/Dem style political mind set that has plagued the US at least since 1871 when the banksters took over the illegitimate US Congress and established the US Corporation to replace the Constitution of the USA, centralising foreign control of the nation in the foreign enclave known as the District of Columbia.
The bloated US corporate bureaucracy and control structure established in Washington D.C. to destroy the USA and its representative governance arrangements is being excised by Trump and his supporters in order to effectuate a return of real control of their nation to USans. THAT is NOT a parasitic process.
To characterise as parasitic Trump’s efforts to return USans to genuine and effective representative Republican governance is hilariously misinformed.
US Liberals don’t want Trump any more than Ann Coulter does.
Peace and Blessings
Ron

Dear Mister Chapman,
A well thought COMMENT specifically wherein you point out the subtle diatribe, metaphorical to be exact, by Miss Ann Coulter, and which with many ,many others is not so tenuous a Democrat Republican one, although this shouldn’t surprise us since we have a socially engineered controlled electoral political system within a Consensus Reality that omits any other political party together with a population who’re about as philosophically aware of the profound nature of just what is happening in the United States as Rip Van Winkle was of what had occurred in the world while he slept for twenty years. And this has existed for quite some time when no one cared to eradicate both Democrats and Republicans when major industries were allowed to leave America and go abroad to Central America and Red China. Ooops! The Libertarians cry out, “It’s their businesses they can do what they want!!!” I ask these materialistic Godless inhumane ones, “And what of their nation and the unemployed???”
You absolutely fail when it comes to the banking system. What of what I pointed out with concern to Messers Gary David Cohn and Michael Terner Munuchin? Is this going against the Swamp System? Miss Coulter has a point but she fails by never providing a final answer for an alternative resolution, and this is more difficult to accomplish today than ever before with such a supine manhood surrounding us, not only here but everywhere in the West. God Bless, Eric Galati
“It’s their businesses they can do what they want!!!”, if one operates in a market economy?
Dear Koggus,
Thank you for your REPLY but would you kindly explicate your thought. I do not quite know what you are getting at. Do you agree with me or not? God Bless, Eric Galati
May I suggest your heart’s in the right place. But Ann Coulter if premising her argument on her observation that Trump didn’t deliver on his populist promises. Your question is valid however; who will replace Trump? Coulter obviously has DeSantis in mind, but there is a strong argument that DeSantis is unable to bring out the Trump vote, and will therefore lose in a general election. The choice may be between a very imperfect Trump or a US-hating progressive Deep State hack.
Incidentally, your concept of local decision making committees is decidedly non-Constitutional. The Constitution originally envisioned basically autonomous states controlling their local affairs while the federal government controlled relations between states and protections against the outside world. Jeffersonian democracy dictated that states should not exceed a certain size, since the bigger the government and political region, the less representation for the common man. States also commonly downgraded the influence of cities until the Supreme Court usurped yet another state prerogative. I think the Civil War and legislative aftermath really devastated the true idea of state autonomy.
I think that everyone needs to synthesize the known data to it’s core essence.
Trump, with all the superlatives and accolades you wish to bestow upon him, is basically a TOTAL fraud, charlatan and Goyim political whore extraordinaire.
100% of this “Totally Bought And Paid For” stooges accomplishments were all directed for the benefits of his JEWISH Masters, not you or I.
You cannot list one single item this clown accomplished while in office that did not make his “Masters” richer and we peons poorer. From the Tax code, immigration, medical care, free extra money for our “Favorite” parasite, military freebies to foreign governments, escalating foreign conflicts, enriching himself, embassy moves, the list goes on.
To sum it all up, IF YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT HE REALLY IS BY NOW ???
Is the problem the special interest groups (SIG) that influence/benefit from the government, or is the problem that the government caters to SIGs, or is it something else?

‘… who will replace Trump?’
Answer: No one. Trump remains President and Commander in Chief (C-in-C). He will retain the CinC role after the coming constitutional changes.
You also say:
‘your concept of local decision making committees is decidedly non-Constitutional. The Constitution originally envisioned basically autonomous states controlling their local affairs while the federal government controlled relations between states and protections against the outside world. Jeffersonian democracy dictated that states should not exceed a certain size, since the bigger the government and political region, the less representation for the common man. Answer:
The constitutional arrangements between states and the federal government are broadly appropriate but they could be and were usurped. Arguably the Constitution of the USA will be upgraded once the Khazarian Mafia organised swamp is drained and USans are fully apprised of the corruption wrought using the now defunct US Government corporation; and that corruption is excised.
Because of defects that enabled US governance to be hijacked, the current “democratic governance” concept and associated defective electoral system arrangements must be excised and replaced with unhackable electronic quantum voting arrangements. THAT will enable the bulk of policy issues to be devolved to appropriate local and regional levels whereat eligible adults will routinely get to vote on all POLICY issues. DITTO re those issues requiring centralised state or national determination and implementation. At local, state and national levels people will get to vote on POLICIES rather than Representatives. People voted into Council positions need to be placed there to implement policies agreed by popular votes. Council members at all levels should be elected as individuals and party affiliations should be banned.
Voting for community Council members needs to be by popular vote by eligible community members. Membership of district, regional and state Councils should be chosen by the members of a lower Council choosing one of their number to represent their views at the next Council level and so on. At every level, nominated representatives need to be subject to RECALL if they fail to properly advocate appropriate implementation of policies agreed by constituents.
Such arrangements could largely eliminate the corruption routinely exercised by wealthy individuals and groups in current systems.
Peace and Blessings,
Ron
