Kevin Barrett says he wants to stop his weekly podcasts to move on to other projects (like writing books). Which is a bit unfortunate, because there are some topics you do like to tune in for. I have to admit that I find him really likeable and sympathetic as a person and his manner, but his obsession with his “Shitslam” and some of his opinions are unbearable.

For the last podcast for now, he invited his longtime guest Anthony Hill, the Canadian professor who was abruptly banned from the university for “Holocaust denial”. At first I thought it was going to be a boring topic (climate delusion), but then a sparring session broke out between the two, as Barrett likes to interject questions and Hall likes to talk things out without being disturbed. Hall is visibly agitated, while Barrett remains demonstratively calm.

Mutual put-downs (bullshitting, wokeness, monologuing, boringness, incompetence) are exchanged loudly. I was quite curious to see whether Hall would throw in the towel like Sabrosky recently and mess up Barrett’s last show. Unfortunately, the exciting dispute only lasts a few minutes. The rest of the show can be saved. Let’s see what the “Unz Review” commentators come up with.

I am currently reading a 2024 book about the public “Berlin Anti-Semitism Controversy”, which took place half a century before Hitler came to power, but had an impact on the following decades and thus on world history. It lasted a year and a half.

However, the book is not a dissident or revisionist work critical of Jews, but the typical product of a mainstream historian, who of course, as always, tries to whitewash Jews as innocent victims. In principle, the controversy broke out about the social and political influence that the now “emancipated” Jews were prepared to grant. As expected, the socialists and liberals, as naive and loyal Shabbos goys, protect the poor discriminated Jews, while the church representatives, conservatives and nationalists complain that the Jews have been granted too many privileges, which they cheekily and selfishly exploit to their advantage, leading to a split in society. Does this sound somehow familiar?

This phenotypically prototypical Jew says in a 10-year-old lecture that “capitalism” is virtually the element in which his tribal brothers feel most comfortable. They should have the courage to admit this openly. There is no shame in making a profit primarily through speculation rather than physical labor and in carrying out immense overexploitation at the expense of the plundered.

Jews, he makes clear, are always to the “benefit and advantage” of the host nations. The Anglo-Saxon countries in particular would therefore have been ideal and optimal for the “business activities” of the Jews, in contrast to East Central Europe. Their above-average involvement in the establishment of Bolshevik systems of oppression is, of course, completely ignored; not even Marx is identified as a Jew.
