These “teen takeovers” are clearly mainly a Black phenomenon. But this is all The New York Times has to say about race:

Some of the panic over teen takeovers has echoes in worries over “wilding” in the late 1980s and “superpredators” in the 1990s.

“There was a lot of dog whistling there about the fact that these are Black kids who are gathering together in these large groups, and we should be afraid of them,” Mr. Steinberg said.

Black and Latino youth gatherings are more likely to be assumed as criminal, said Kristin Henning, a Georgetown University law professor who specializes in juvenile justice. White children in skate parks in the 1980s and 1990s did not generate nearly the same level of surveillance and arrests as Black gatherings, she said.

    Plainly, the Times’s has a dog whistle of its own: viz., the gravest of all crimes is noticing.

    That is to say, the expectations of racist Whites compel black and Latino “youths” to conform to those expectations. Still, I suppose that the Times ought to be commended for withholding its “Whites are to blame” diagnosis till paragraph 24. In the 1960s, it would have been proclaimed in paragraph 2. Of course, long-time readers of the paper can be counted upon to have fully internalized their indoctrination; they hardly need to be reminded. The pretense of thoughtfulness implicit in the delay is maintained solely for those who have not yet completely surrendered their critical faculties. Put otherwise, “Come into my parlor,” said the spider to the fly.

    In a year when midterms loom and Republicans are facing stiff headwinds on the war in Iran, the economy, inflation and the cost of living, the issue of crime might be a bright spot for the party. A Pew Research poll last week found that by 17 percentage points, more Americans said they agreed with Republicans than Democrats on crime policy, a bigger edge than the party had two years ago.

    This is my favorite part of the article in that it is where the Times allows the veil to slip a bit. The ongoing fragmentation of US society and the ever greater victimization of Whites by blacks, Latinos, and alien invaders are positive goods for the Jews, whose interests the Times represents. Anything that slows the Great Replacement and the process of societal decay—even if just for a year or two—is to be deplored and opposed. The fact that the Times considers the Republicans less reliable tools than the Democrats for the accomplishment of the Jews’ desired ends might be regarded as a genuinely useful bit of information—whether it is correct or not.

    “Macaronesia” doesn’t seem to be the land where macaroni grow on trees, as one might assume. The islands are characterized by the following climate zones: oceanic-temperate in the Azores, subtropical in Madeira and the Canary Islands, arid to desert-like in parts of the Canary Islands and on some islands or parts of the Madeira archipelago, and tropical in Cape Verde.

    Here, the world is still in order: rich, well-organized societies in the white northern and central parts, poor and disorganized society in the black south (Cape Verde, thank sGod, not part of EU).
