    Good interview. The two interviewer guys were young and very savvy. One had read CofC in high school. Very uplifting both of them.
    Good to hear a new revision of SAID might be in the works. This is my favorite of the trilogy.

    In my view, Aquarius is the best zodiac sign (I am one myself). It represents true humanity. Why? It frees us from all constraints, conventions, and expectations, and empowers us to act, think, and feel in a truly independent and autonomous way. And to draw conclusions. Aquarius touches on the last “taboo”: not to laugh when everyone else is (supposedly) “mourning.”

    Even if all of this is just an embarrassing display of hypocrisy (the deceased himself gains nothing from it). The group is against him because he presumes to dare an independent interpretation of the situation. Precisely because he dares to be a dissenter, he has more understanding for the plight of everyone else than anyone else does—even for themselves. Aquarius has understood that, first and foremost, he must be and remain a friend to himself.

    Healthy detachment; the spirit is unpretentious.

    These people are like no other.
    You could say the Turks stick together, and expell (or worse) others. But they don’t infiltrate other societies and commandeer/undermine them.
    Maybe the British?
    Again, they certainly will ‘colonize’, but they’re not sneaking in to Indian publishing and saying ‘my fellow Hindus’ or something. As soon as the States severed ties in the Revolution, the ethnic Bits became Americans
    Jews do have a unique, peerless adaptation of infiltrating, and controlling with tiny numbers
