Speaking to Al Mayadeen, Professor Mohammad Marandi warned that the United States will have committed a catastrophic miscalculation if it carries out its threats.
Emphasizing that the conflict has reached its most critical phase, he stated that if Trump proceeds with his threat, there will be no turning back for Iran, which will respond decisively and strike with full force.
Furthermore, Marandi issued a warning, advising citizens in the Gulf to leave in the event that the US executes its threats to target Iranian energy facilities.
