What we’re up against: White liberals rejoice at Whites becoming a minority

I know I spend too much time on Twitter, but this definitely caught my attention:

Yes, of course, it’s strange. What other definable group rejoices that they are becoming a minority and therefore with less power over their future, especially when we see so much anti-White hatred coming from high places? But this tweeter has 85.9k followers, and she is following 55.9k—which means that she is a member of a informal liberal Twitter “resist” group that reciprocates when anyone follows her, not that she is some kind of celebrity. (Although at least some liberal celebrities certainly are celebrating: Michael Moore called the announcement “the best day ever in US history.”)  “Liz ‘Bama’ #BLM #GoodTrouble” is “Bama born & raised,” and is definitely into virtue signaling: “I got nothin’ but Red heart. Equality, morality, integrity, empathy, knowledge & #’s are power. We are 1. Only here to resist.y’all.”

She tweeted this on Aug 22, and as of this writing there are 762 replies, 333 retweets (including 84 quote tweets-where tweeters commented on her tweet), and 3.2K likes, all from like-minded people, the vast majority White. Her tweet thus verges on being enough of a sample for a better understanding of how average, non-celebrity, garden-variety liberals think about the Great Replacement. First, however, I present some findings reviewed in my Chapter 8 of Individualism and the Western Liberal Tradition showing that in general people are happier in more homogeneous communities and that White people in general do not rejoice at the news that they will soon be a minority.

Sociologist Robert D. Putnam recently showed that the greater the racial diversity of a community, the greater the loss of trust.[1] Putnam’s result is confirmed by studies conducted at the local community level.[2] Moreover, people living among fellow ethnics are happier than individuals living as an ethnic minority.[3] White people living in relatively homogeneous areas like New Hampshire or Montana are more involved with friends, the community, and politics than people in more diverse areas.[4] …

There are also mechanisms that are likely to create an increased sense of White identity and White interests in the years ahead. The fundamental reason for this is the demographic transformation resulting from massive immigration of non-Whites into countries that were either homogeneously White or, like the United States (which in 1960 was ninety percent White), had a dominant White majority. This transformation, in which it is obvious that White political power is declining as Whites head toward minority status, would by itself trigger defensive mechanisms of implicit Whiteness and behavior such White flight discussed above.

Individualists are less naturally ethnocentric, and the left has created a culture that encourages Whites to inhibit expressions of ethnocentrism while encouraging non-Whites to be ethnocentric. Because the media is dominated by the left and because even the conservative media is terrified of appearing to advocate White interests, explicit messages that would encourage Whites to become angry and fearful about their future as a minority are rare. Indeed, the media rarely, if ever, mentions that Whites are well on their way to becoming a minority. And this for good reason: Whites in the United States and in Canada who are given explicit demographic projections of a time when Whites are no longer a majority tend to feel angry and fearful. They are also more likely to identify as Whites and have sympathy for other Whites.[5] [See also here and here.]

In other words, while I have emphasized the ability of the higher brain centers to inhibit ethnocentrism, explicit messages indicating that one’s racial group is threatened are able to trigger ethnocentrism. This is especially important because many Whites live far from the areas of their countries undergoing the demographic shifts. Their day-to-day life of living in an essentially White environment hasn’t changed while the population centers of New York, California, Toronto, and Vancouver have changed beyond all recognition from what they were 50 years ago. An obvious inference to be made is that pro-White activists should appeal to Whites’ higher brain centers with explicit messages emphasizing these transformations.

But as indicated in the following,  messages emphasizing the dwindling White majority are cause for rejoicing among a great many Whites.

In the present case, the trigger was the announcement that the 2020 census found that for the first time in American history, the White population had declined in absolute numbers and that Whites now comprise only 57.8% of the population. Good news for Democrats, of course: “Democrats have reason to be happy with this census data set,” Dave Wasserman, House editor of the Cook Political Report, told The New York Times, citing the higher-than-expected population tallies in New York and Chicago and the steady growth of the nation’s Hispanic population.”

But such news likely triggers twinges of anxiety, even in many White liberals—twinges that need to be suppressed by finding support from like-minded people. I suppose “Liz ‘Bama’ #BLM” felt a bit of anxiety, having been brought up in the South and probably aware that quite a few White Southerners think her attitudes are indeed a bit “strange.” So she decided to Tweet to her liberal Twitter followers in hopes of getting  support for her beliefs. And support she got, as shown by the numbers of positive replies and retweets. In the following I will describe several general categories of response and give pertinent examples of each.

White Racists Are Evil and Deserve Payback for Past Treatment of Non-Whites

It is common for these liberals to direct their invective at “White racists,” imagining that good liberals like themselves will be spared any negative consequences. They are thus oblivious to the general anti-White rhetoric that is common now. It doesn’t resonate with them that White women in general and White liberals as a group are being excoriated for their racism (e.g., Robin DiAngelo’s Nice Racism).  It’s common on the left to believe that all White people share the original sin of being White and therefore are blameworthy for such things as the history of slavery and colonialism by Whites.

There is obviously a moral dimension to this. As individualists, White people are particularly prone to forming moral communities (rather than kinship-based communities like the rest of the world) and to punishing people who dissent from their moral world view, even at substantial cost to themselves and even if they share many of the same characteristics as the people they are punishing, such being White. This is termed altruistic punishment by evolutionary psychologists and is a major theme of Individualism and the Western Liberal Tradition. Liberals therefore rejoice when Whites are punished for their racial attitudes. And since many of them are quite clearly older, established White people, it doesn’t even cost them anything to rejoice about White replacement. They’re all set. Of course, that means they ignore not only the long-term prospects of the wider White population whose fate they are completely unconcerned about, but also the long-term effects on their children and other relatives (e.g., job prospects in an anti-White hiring environment), although, as indicated below, some, including “Liz ‘Bama'” probably don’t have any children.

The tweet below expresses the idea that “White supremacists” will be punished but that people like her will be just fine when Whites are a minority. She may change her mind when her children or grandchildren try to get a job, get into a good college, or get caught up in the judicial system if Whites become a minority.

A Black man tweets that Whites have nothing to worry about and Liz “Bama” #BLM responds that it’s just fine that Whites be treated in the future like non-Whites have been treated in the past. Since Liz “Bama” #BLM doesn’t mention children in her Twitter profile, I suspect she has the attitude that the retribution won’t affect her, so she really doesn’t care if anti-White hatred becomes even more mainstream than it is now. She’s got hers—in effect, a radical individualist.

People Who Advertise They Are Non-Reproductive

Here a “Mother of Cats” gives her input—presumably no children or grandchildren to worry about when Whites lose power. It’s all about coming off as good person. And presumptive fellow cat mother Liz “Bama” #BLM completely agrees.

And here’s another non-reproductive. Her(?) Twitter profile shows  enthusiasm for “dogs!,” BLM, Indigenous People, and “LGBTQIA.”

It’s Great that Whites are Becoming a Minority So We Can Usher in an Era of Peace and Harmony

While some responders look forward to retribution against “white racists,” others have the view that the world will be a much better place if non-Whites are in control. It’s going to be all peace and love. But watch out for the tax collector!

One aspect of this era of peace and harmony is that once White people are not in control, ethnic conflict will disappear—a view that’s obviously out of touch with historical reality. Fifty years of importing non-Whites has led to less ethnic conflict? But in their view, non-Whites are just so much nicer. This one is from “Feline, anarcho-socialist” (presumably non-reproductive). She is a lover of humanity.

In response to a virtue-signaler, the same person who did the previous tweet is so ill-informed she thinks that right-wing elites and corporations run the country and are preventing the triumph of the left. Watched much TV lately? Read about the politics of Hollywood, social media companies, academia, and large swaths of corporate America (Coca-Cola, etc.)?

My view is that, if all groups become minorities, it will set off ethnic/racial competition like this country’s never seen before. But:

Diversity contributes to personal growth!

And then there’s the food, but he’s careful to point out that he’s not one of those evil White gentrifiers.

The Unselfish Virtue-Signaler

Relevant to convincing these people of the short-sightedness of their ways, she also tweeted regarding liberal media coverage of the Afghanistan disaster. These people are living in a cult-like environment and actively tune out information that conflicts with their world view. Rational arguments have no weight because they are simply shut out of consciousness.

Looking Forward to a Future with Lots of Non-White Skin Tones

Media Memes: Diversity is Wonderful, and White Racists Are Stupid, Violent People

For at least the last 50 years the media has been filled with messages that White people who identify as White, have at least an implicit sense of White interests, or have negative beliefs and attitudes about non-Whites are stupid—they’re likely to live in a trailer park, shop at Walmart, and be missing a few teeth. At best they are buffoons, like Archie Bunker on Norman Lear’s All in the Family (first aired in 1971), which “spawn[ed] spinoffs that were actually just as popular; The Jeffersons, Maude, and Good Times. So popular that we actually saw a revival of All in the Family and The Jeffersons for ABC’s Live in Front of a Studio Audience in 2019.” White liberals have definitely gotten the message:

And yet another pervasive meme, both in education and the media, is “white privilege,”  so it’s no surprise to read that whatever White people achieve is because it was “handed to them at birth”:

And of course, there’s the pervasive meme of “there’s no such thing as race,” coupled here with a very tendentious view of history right out of “The 1619 Project” and your average Black Studies course—and now the K-12 curriculum in many school districts.

This is reminiscent of Jennifer Rubin’s tweet in response to the census news that formed the starting point of my previous essay. This person must be reading the Washington Post:

But on the other hand, this tweet expresses fear that some non-Whites will join evil Whites to become part of “the oppressive.”

A Presumably Jewish Person Deciding to Not To Be White Any Longer 

Now that Whites are under continuous attack for their so-called privileges and systemic racism, etc., I have noticed in the Jewish media that it’s becoming common now for Jews to explicitly say they are not White (this doesn’t include the “fellow-Whites” who claim to be Jews while lecturing Whites on how evil they are on social media).

Not Wanting to See Race

These White folks are accepting what has become a mantra among conservatives: that we should be colorblind. This is the basis of the conservative critique of Critical Race Theory because it leads people to be more aware of race and vilifies White people. Surprised to see it because such views are definitely not approved by typical leftists these days.

Feminism and Birth Control Overturned White Control

Here’s a rather unique perspective: a White woman rejoicing at the soon-to-be White minority and crediting feminism and birth control, presumably because it has resulted in fewer Whites.

A Dissenting Voice (Who Quickly Apologizes)

Mentioning the economic disparities for POC obviously avoids thinking about why so many Asians are going well in systemically racist White America. Par for the course on the left. And here’s another person who thinks ending White majority status will lead to an end of hatred:

Conclusion

Enough already! There are a wide range of reasons, but they all come down to a whole lot of White people looking forward eagerly to a non-White future. It’s very difficult to see how White identitarians can turn this malaise around when so many of our people are so seriously deluded about the likely results of Whites losing political power. As I noted in my previous essay, the hatred won’t end with a White minority—Jewish hatred toward the West traces back to the Roman destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D. and didn’t change after they achieved power in the USSR or with the West’s involvement in the defeat of National Socialism. Black hatred is common common among BLM activists, and hostility toward Whites is a bedrock feature of Critical Race Theory that is now well established in many educational systems. Even recent immigrants like Ilhan Omar quickly learn that hostility toward White America is the route to acceptance and upward mobility. The danger is particularly acute given that elites throughout the West are firmly in favor of the Great Replacement. These are people who control the media and are able to sway elections by censoring information and by financial contributions. The people reviewed here are simply the White foot soldiers.

Despite their contempt for the intelligence of the people they disagree with, these people show no signs of operating at a very high level of mental ability—just repeating messages they can easily pick up by watching TV or getting through the education system. They are in a liberal-left bubble and I really don’t think there are rational arguments that would convince them. What might make a difference would be personal experience that conflicts with their world view—having one’s store looted by Black rioters even though you have BLM posters all over the windows. Or being denied a job or a promotion given to less qualified people because of affirmative action policies. Or being shut out of government programs for small business, such as the program giving loans only to Black farmers. Or having a child or grandchild unable to get into a good public university  and having to pay exorbitant tuition and fees for a second-rate private college. Might convince them. And maybe not.

Many of these tweeters explicitly stated that they think the world will be a much better place with Whites out of power, and they probably all believe this. But it’s yet another utopian crusade that will end badly for Whites—and likely for everyone else. In Individualism and the Western Liberal Tradition (Ch. 6) I have a  section on the nineteenth-century Puritan-descended intellectuals who dominated American elite culture and created what we would recognize today as a culture of the left—utopian, idealistic, and moralistic.

Humanity was thus heading toward a spiritual and material utopia—a golden age of peace, harmony, righteous behavior and material comfort—ideas that were often combined with the idea that this golden age would follow upon an apocalyptic battle between good and evil. Such thinking may well have been the lens through which many in the North saw the Civil War; as indicated above, it appears to characterize how Lincoln saw his role as an agent of God fighting an apocalyptic battle against evil. …

Ernest Tuveson [Redeemer Nation: The Idea of America’s Millennial Role; U of Chicago Press, 1968] notes that the moralistic, idealistic strand of American thought tends to come to the fore in times of crisis—“the expansionist period, the Civil War, the First World War.” After the evil has been vanquished, the rhetoric dies down, and disillusionment may occur as people realize that evil has not, after all, been extirpated. However, it lurks in the background and may revive in times of crisis. “Yet, despite post-Civil War disillusionment, the myth of the Redeemer Nation kept a hold on the deepest feelings of the country, and in critical moments asserted itself,” citing several speeches of Woodrow Wilson: “America had the infinite privilege of fulfilling her destiny and saving the world.”

Sound familiar? By all accounts, America is in a crisis now, and it’s no surprise that the moralistic rhetoric is deafening. America is more divided now than at any time in its history, except possible during the Civil War, that other great period of moral crusading. We have embarked on yet another battle between  absolute good (diversity) and absolute evil (a sense of White identity and interests), and when the evil is destroyed, it will usher in a golden age of harmony for all.

But disillusionment is bound to occur. The only problem is that it’s looking more and more that  when disillusionment finally does occur among even the most idealistic, moralistic leftists, there are not going to be enough White people who can turn the situation around.

    Thank you Kevin for this sobering article. Obviously it took a lot of time and work!

    I do not see any solution that is viable which does not include – first and foremost – geographic centralization of our people. The more our people are around like-minded folk, the more employment opportunities there will be and the more our younger folk will want big families. And, the more we do this, the more unlike people will relocate elsewhere.

    As I (and many others) have said before, the Pacific Northwest – although not perfect – is the best choice, including a coastline to facilitate trade with friendly nations. Yes, there is the Seattle/Portland problem, but give them enough rope and they will hang themselves (as they are already doing).

    There is a joy in living in an area with like-minded people. Everyone I know who has relocated to the PNW says it is the best life choice they ever made.

      What would it take for the majority of the concerned European Americns to unite? Writings are on the wall and we are still day dreaming in believing the dead and one America now in tight grips of the radical left and their Trostkyte controllers! Sooner we take a concrete step to join others making a larger body of think-alike folks with strength the better it would be for our future generations.

      This is possibly the way the white race will survive – migration of the like-minded to their own areas where they cannot be outvoted by those whose main aim is to avoid being racist as their top and only priority. Surely this is happening already in the US, and can only be stopped by another civil war like the last one against the Southerners.

      If Russia rejected the NWO and stopped being friends with China – possibly befriending India, and if Eastern European countries such as Poland and Hungary left the EU and aligned with Russia, then Eastern Europe could be another destination for whites fleeing from the suicidal white nations. There would be significant changes in the gene pools resulting from such migration.

      The bottom line is that Natural Selection very strongly disapproves of any nation that self-hates and wishes to self-destruct, and which in free and fair elections carries on voting for mass immigration of foreign races even as their own race becomes a minority and the bullying and persecution of their own people starts to intensify.

      The white refuge of PNW will be quickly obliterated by the never-ending hordes, of which Afghan refugees are the latest but not the last. Thus, white flight cannot work. The first thing we need to do is develop white-identity politics, which will encourage whites to defend themselves against the growing anti-whiteism.     I wonder how many of these virtue signalers realize that the future they are huzzahing about is one that will be modeled on either South Africa (i.e., bad) or Haiti (worse) or the Leninist-Stalinist Soviet Union (worst). Given that the Jews will be running every aspect of the show, the last model is the likeliest.

    On a related matter, Andrew Anglin’s column of August 25, in which he argues that the issue of immigration is no longer relevant, embodies an interesting perspective. Whether he’s right or wrong, his desire to see the situation in realistic terms (i.e., with appropriate pessimism) is commendable.

      Step 1: Make the Jewish people be counted under a Jewish quota – not under the white heading as they are not white. Let them scream all night after getting their rejection letters and pink slips.

      Step 2: Remove demonkrats, blacks and Jews to a defined area of our country or to Afrika and Israelhell. They have a country/countries. Go there. Stop destroying ours and leaching off the rest of us.

      Step 3: Acknowledge that colonialism and allowing minorities and other 3rd world people to live in our midst has been a huge cost to our culture and country. We did not move en masse to San Juan and destroy that city (we actually improved it through investment) unlike the P.R.
      ‘s that flooded New York, expanded the slums and moved into public housing to leach and have more babies.

      Step 4: Make 3rd world types and liberals repent for their costly sins – like the sins of the traitorous rosenbergs – and start collecting reparations from them for their crimes of theft, profiteering (illegally), murder, mayhem, you name it.

      Step 5: Deport Michael and Barack and let them sit on the side of the unpaved road in Nairobi along with the piles of donkey excrement with tin pots raised up awaiting aid (never to arrive) from the Klinton Foundation.

    Tragic that loyal folk will die while some of these traitors and fools will be pulled through in the slipstream of our victory.

    Not yet, but in time will we even care about such as these anymore?
    (Except for the loss of potentially valuable genetic material when they become dinner at the diversity diner?)

    Patience runs low. The day will come when I could ignore their selfish tears and bitter-cold deny them boarding on the “last plane out”. Not yet, not yet, but not long either — am I wrong?

      Very commendable – on one very simplistic level. But like the myriad fools in this article, you are pitifully deluding yourself – as no working-brain White person now has either the time or the right to do.

      The vast majority of the liars, fools and race-traitors just featured in Dr MacDonald’s masterful if depressing article would not accept a seat on your “last flight out”, even if it were, quite literally, the very last seat on the very last flight. They will, shockingly and predictably, unalterably choose to stay with the oppressed “people-of-colour” hordes – to find out far, far too late that they have now in turn have become the new despised, hated and worthless prisoner under-class, despite all their very best Goodthink behaviours. And although they are incapable of understanding it, this will be due as much, psychologically speaking, to their own determined moral betrayal of their own ethnic and cultural heritage and race as to any perceived historical “wrong-doings” by the “people-of-colour”.

      There is no way back for such deluded and doomed fools who deny the way of Nature to her face. To them falls the Darwin Award of remorseless nature – Extinction, without even understanding why.

    Thank you for this eye opening and revealing article, Professor McDonald. I owe to you and people like Jared Taylor from “I was blind, but now I see”, ignorance to revelation of Truth and Reality. I was thereafter spurred to question even more-in fact everything I had ever. been told (and not told)-in my lifespan. What I discovered are serial and stacked up lies and omissions from the beginning.

    Now, I fully believe that unless the Indo-European secedes and creates new homogenous republics and a worldwide unity across all political boundaries, we WILL perish. For some I. Es. the multi-culti factor is racial. For Russians, on the other hand it is rapidly growing Muslim population. I do not at all, in fact discourage, the continuation of Christianity as a significant factor in our process of salvation.

        Yes. No mentally normal person would support “Jay-a-sus the Lawd!” and his authors if they were even slightly aware of the horrendous crimes against humanity and Nature committed in the name of the psychopathic Yahweh and the evil “Jesus” cult. Christianity is not biologically viable for our race, species and the Nature upon which all our lives depend. Christianity is to God what painting by numbers is to art when ‘Satan’ has corrupted the numbers. We cannot recover spiritually — and therefore as a people — until we expel the Abrahamic within, including Christianity, Consumerism and Multi-racialism.

        Our true religion is Odinism (European paganism). It is a racial religion that stirs the psyche of Whites in ways that are impossible to do in alternative religions. Further, it’s easy for Christians to see that a return to the more God-conscious religion of our ancestors is a spiritual upgrade, like exchanging a jewish shopping trolley (Christianity) for a Rolls Royce (Odinism).

          A nice sentiment, in the abstract, but a non-starter which will not move the needle significantly. From a line of the old R ‘n’ B song: “Right string baby, but the wrong yo-yo.”

          Nobody is interesting in anthropomorphic gods with animal skin loin cloths, created by a pre-scientific people who happily slaughtered monks and nuns, as well as children.

          I have given ample documentation in putting forth the Spiritual Path of Buddhism and Falun Gong. Buddihism is a steadily growing “religion”, especially among those of the right side of the Bell Curve. It has a universal appeal, and IMHO is the best hope for the Caucasoid and Asian races for continuity and integrity, as I believe it is the most advanced of any Spiritual practice and founded by the most complete human being that ever lived. He was not a deity.

          As an Odinist, what are your thoughts on other forms of European paganism? The only other two forms other than Asatru are Rodnovery (Slavic) and Celtic/Druidic form. In the US, I don’t know how many practitioners of Rodnovery there are (although there are substantial groups in Eastern Europe) and the Druidic crowd just seem to be a bunch of left over hippies that are starring in their own little druidic movie.

    Most of these people seems to be over 40, which is a testament to how powerful the brainwashing is. They can remember what white society was like, and still, they have these insane beliefs.

    It´s a lot bleaker for the younger generation, who doesn’t have anything else to compare with. The multicultural hellhole is natural to a lot of them. They have been steeped in this shit from the start. They have non-white friends, talk ebonics and swim in the Jewish filth without even noticing it, like a fish don’t think about the water.     Given the week’s events in Afghanistan and the eventual settlement of hundreds of thousands of Afghans in America, it seemed plain to me that the same foreign inundation that destroyed the Roman Republic and Empire is even more quickly destroying the American Republic and Empire. At least Rome lasted a thousand years. I believe that in 20 years time the external face of America will be wiped clean completely and replaced with something new and alien.
    I’m heading out soon if things don’t change for the better. I’m in my late 60s and possess a second citizenship (due to my parents) in a poor European country that is hardly a magnet for welfare-seeking migrants. Maybe I can regain a sense of sanity there because the US has now gone plum crazy.

    The last couple of years in Europe almost feels like an invasion of Gremlins. I saw that movie again the other day, and the similarities to what is happening right now to my own neighborhood is uncanny. It would be comical if it wasn’t so tragic. Five years ago it was a pleasant white neighborhood, idyllic almost, like in the movie – today it’s at least one third arab/african, and are starting to resemble Beirut, or Baghdad.

    The whites are moving fast. We didn´t use to have gang rapes, burned cars, tortured pets, muggings, weekly brawls, loud discussions and screams at night, arab “music” with bass drums that carry for half a mile, teachers beat up in school, human feces in the stairwell… The immigrant youth gangs strut around, rev their cars and is a general nuicance. Sometimes I have to walk my neighbors dog, she’s too scared to go out. The local newspaper reads like a war correspondent report some days…

    They even sound like gremlins; aggressive guttural sounds, loud, rude and nasty. Trying to talk to them only leads to them talking louder and more aggressively. A lot of them even resemble gremlins physically; dark, short, big noses, frowny ugly faces.

    The property prices hasn’t declined though, thanks to lack of housing and a speculation bubble. Hopefully I´ll be able to find a new place, without loosing too much money. But there aren’t many local areas left that hasn’t been invaded – only the millionaire neighborhoods where the hostile elite resides – but im not sure I’d wanna live there even if I could afford it.

    It´s a living comical horror movie…

    As a Professor of Psychology and a Biobehavioral Scientist, I can see how twitter would fascinate you, so maybe you’re ‘not’ on it too much.

    I was speaking with some liberal acquaintances of mine in NY, around election time, and I made some harsh comments about Hunter Biden and his role in selling out the office of the VP to China and some of his antics regarding what was found on his laptop and comments made about it by Mayor Giuliani and former Nyc Police Commissioner Bernard Kerrick. The liberals answered me thus: “Hunter is a hero! He leads the fight for all who suffer from the ‘disease’ of drugs and alcoholism.“ I kid you not. And these are college educated professional people. Like the people who tweeted the response that they will not watch MSM any longer, they are in a prison of indoctrination that started long ago. We have the keys to get them out of it but they are happy there it seems. It’s secure. Great point you made as to why Bama posted her comment in the first place. Yes, she’s looking for others like her to tell her, “yes, you’re right, you’re safe, we’re with you.” It would be too much for someone like her to admit the truth even though she senses it. She would be afraid of the loneliness that she would have to carry for awhile.

    I have cut down on my social media time to concentrate on other things such as my book. But when I was on there a lot, there were some great opportunities to spread our knowledge. The man who answers that, “it would not matter if whites were the minority because, ‘they own everything anyway,’ is such an opportunity. I would answer someone like that with, “well Sir, now that’s not true, White people do not ‘own’ everything. One could make a strong case that in fact ‘Jewish people’ now own everything in the US.” And then of course you will be called the usual names and so on. But I found that if you just stick to facts, for instance, giving examples of companies that Jews own/control, the media of course is a great one, you would get a few likes. When called say an ‘anti-semite,’ I would answer with, ‘no it’s not anti-Semitic, it’s the truth.’ Then gently give them the facts. You’re probably not interested in bantering with the liberal loons on twitter and such since it is time consuming but I have found that a gentle front line hold with facts can be pretty powerful and make you some friends who are aware and it helps our cause. So, maybe others who do have exchanges on social media might try this.

      I tried for many years to do as you suggested in terms of speaking the truth on social media, and I just kept getting kicked off. Kicked off twitter at least five times…..had thousands of followers. Kicked off youtube just for comments…..didn’t even have a channel. FB the same.
      So, I have totally given up on normie jew run sites.
      It was painful to have built a following on twitter to have them kill it for no reason. I never talked about violence.
      But I did talk about the JQ and that’s what did it I imagine.
      So, it occurs to me that the people left on twitter and the other jew sites are surely just dipshit SJW’s preaching to the choir….just a chorus of low IQ nitwit blue haired lesbians.
      So, I don’t think that list of idiots in the article represent an accurate cross section of our people, although we certainly do have many low IQ dumbass whites in this country.

      Agreed, that much of it is staged, but I’m not sure if it makes a difference. Whether they are whites or not, it does reflect a truth about what seems to be a racially suicidal mentality among the majority of whites, which these staged media incidents seem to reinforce and encourage.

      It occurs to me that individualism is not the problem. If anything, that trait would be quite adaptive to the present situation. It is more a herd mentality, but under the influence of the alien and destructive values of a minority able to wield outsized influence.

This would have been obvious to you, if you had read with comprehension his writings where this word-concept is defined and expounded. I had initial misunderstanding of his particular denotation, myself, before bringing to bear a more careful reading.

            You comment seems breezy and somewhat shallow, if not lazily dismissive. Do you not think that his specific and general body of work would omit and fail to apprehend the dynamics involved in the prime movers of our decline?

Would it be fair to say that individualism is a post-modern idea and a result of a simulacrum culture that aims to control behaviour rather than something that emerges from real people and reflects reality? We are all individuals, obviously, but we are also social, and isolation is not our natural state. It does seem strange to attach the ideological suffix and call it an ‘ism’. The original English and Anglo-Scottish liberals were not individualists. They held to liberty within the context of a national culture in which the concept was widely recognised and accepted. Liberty can only be sustained if the national culture is sustained, which means embracing the paradox of illiberalism towards the Other. Individual-ism seems to disregard that necessary paradox and replace it with a new paradox in which the individual is both sacred and fungible.

            Can a society last long if it operates on such principles? I doubt it, but where I think I disagree with the ‘individualism thesis’ of Professor MacDonald is that it is that whites are not actually like that. In so far as Jews have given us, or influenced, a mainstream culture, it is in propounding values that are televisual and fake, thus individualism is not so much an explanation for racial suicide among whites, as an explanation that Jews and craven whites would like us to accept for want of the real explanations, which are less palatable.

            This is an excellent primer. To make concepts clearer, I repeatedly urge analogy, contrasts, and parallels, as the civilizations of Asia have done for millennia. The less abstractions used (Aristotelian causes, principles, linkage, etc.) the better. Think of any Western national culture, e.g., Scotland, Germany, France, etc. Of course they will have their collective urges of community and similarity. However, this weakens over time. As per the Catheter Catholic Church, the incisive, continual pressure of universalism weakens the ethnic and cultural bonds of communities and nations. The primary consideration of the collective becomes subordinate to abstract ideas, moral codes, and judgements based on individual traits. What becomes of this? Next stop Multiculturalism, Diversity, Inclusion, etc, etc. “America is an ideal, or set of nations, a “Proposition Nation”, from the Founding Fathers”. This is a lie.

            What is the opposite of this degradation. The Chinese, Burmese, Thais, Japanese, etc, etc. In no fashion or propensity now or in past, would they prioritize any abstraction over racial, community, and ethnic homogeneity. The GROUP took priority uber alles. That’s is why they are integral and we are a jar of marbles scattered across the deck.

            Individualism of course is vague, but doesn’t really describe groups with their own rather fanatical views on correct behaviour. KMac seems to have derived it from Puritanism, which in my opinion was yet another Jewish fabrication, intended to encourage people to expect to spend less, once jews controlled the Bank of England. I read a recent account of north Africans, describing them (on camels etc) as notorious for their individualism. Vague, as Jews love their rubbish to be.

    If I remember correctly (although I cannot find the quote), Tony Benn (British politician) said of the downfall of white S Rhodesia when Robert Mugabe (China backed terrorist) took over – he said it was ‘the happiest day of his life’.
    Clearly there is something deeper here going on than just virtue signalling.

    At present the white people are stressed, as the current submission to the anti-white narrative – the current culture that they obey – this submission is in conflict with their other instincts, including self-interest and the interests of their children/race. It is a source of stress to feel obliged to be anti-self. At present the culture tells whites to ‘be anti-self’ and this is like a balloon
    being twisted out of shape. If the culture ever changes to be ‘pro self’ this is like the pressure on the balloon being released and the people will have a great stress removed as the balloon reverts to its natural shape.

    However, this is not the whole story. There is a percentage of whites, let us say 15%, who are extremely highly driven/motivated to be anti-white. Such whites are NOT stressed by observing the downfall of their own race, and, as with Tony Benn, and most of the Tweets above, white downfall makes them happy.

    These types of whites, when they write anti-white Tweets, are not simply trying to conform with the culture. They possess a very strong inner hatred of whites. Such persons would STILL express hatred of whites even if they were the only one in the group doing so, and even if the rest of the group was condemning them. Such types are indifferent to ‘fitting in’ and would willingly suffer being ostracised and would willingly swim contrary to a culture that they opposed. They are the ones who supported gay rights (such as men marrying each other) decades ago when they were the condemned for doing so. They were quite willing to oppose the prevailing culture. They are and always have been impervious to pressure from the culture, and have always followed their own path, one that they are wired to narrowly follow, just as the rest of us are wired to be interested in other things including family and hobbies and interests.

    This might apply to the sheepish, bullied, submitting majority, but it does not apply to the instigators and directors of the anti-white culture, who stick to their line passionately whatever the dominant culture says. To illustrate the two types (those wired to be anti-white, and those just submitting to the dominant anti-white culture) consider a group of white university students. The 85% will sheepishly agree that whites are terrible people who have been the villains of history. But they will say this without enthusiasm, and more with regret and shame, as if they have been bullied into this position. They are excusing themselves for their cowardice and treachery, by pretending to themselves that they are just being on the side of virtue.

    In the same class will be 15% who say the same things about whites being villains, but they say it with passion and strong feelings of hatred. They are certainly not trying to be genuinely virtuous. They are demanding that they are the ones who define what ‘virtue’ is in the dominant culture, and that others submit to their definition.

    So it seems that at one end is the awake, such as readers of TOO, let us say, 10%, then at the other end the passionate haters of whites, say 15%, and in the middle the culture-followers who are stressed at present by being anti-self, and
    who are 75%. If this 75% can have their inner behaviour instincts awakened – as K MacDonald says above – made angry and fearful about their own demise – then immediately they will all switch to our side and stop submitting to the 15% enemy-within. It will be like the twisted balloon going back to normal shape, and could happen very quickly. It is actually quite a feat for the left to keep, via the MSM, the people in their current state of self-hatred. This control could all collapse quite suddenly if the left lost control of the media. This might happen if a large region rejects wokeness.

    The question remains, why are the 15% anti-white and what can we do about them, this subsection of the white population with bad genes who are causing our downfall?

    Human groups are not like other pack animals such as dogs, in that whilst dogs are all pretty much the same, humans have different sub types, and there is natural selection to prevent us ending up the same. An analogy is ants where there are workers and soldier ants and the queen. Dogs are all good at the same skills – hunting mainly But some humans are practical whilst others possess more verbal skills ((that can make them tend towards usury instead of industry)).

    There seems to be a particular type of human who gains by taking from others, and another type who makes wealth by his own toils. So there are ‘makers’ and ‘takers’ who gain from the labour of others. Makers would grow crops and takers would rape and pillage over past millennia, and now they continue to take in other ways, for example through banking or through being employed in the parasitic parts of the state sector. The different types of human are within one species but the dynamics of the host-parasite relationship still apply. As the makers become fewer and fewer, the takers have no-one to prey on, just as if the cuckoos get too numerous there are too few warblers left to provide nests for them to steal. Thus an equilibrium is reached in humans between takers and makers. The makers are essentially co-operative and individualistic, but able to switch to fighting mode at some point when provoked.

    If you are genetically disposed to be a taker, there is an essential feature of your personality that you must have – you need to cancel out the empathy side of your nature, and you need to ‘hate’ the sub-group of makers that you prey on. Without this, the takers would be full of remorse after every raid – ‘Oh dear we just murdered some families’ they would say. (Or, “Oh dear, that loan that I foreclosed in order to take that man’s house in debt made him kill himself, how bad I feel”). So the taker types have genes that make them able to do bad things to others with equanimity, and to hate their victims at the same time ‘for having things’ where the victims can be identified by their characteristic of ‘being better’ (in terms of moral behaviour). This explains why the word the left hate the most is ‘superior’, and it explains why they use it as a derogatory term, to be said in a mocking way with a sneer. It also explains why the lefty judiciary side with the criminals – the criminals are the antithesis of the better people.

    So the left, the takers, hate their prey, who are the better people. In modern Western nations, the left identifies their own race as the better people, so they hate their own race and want to bring it down. There is no self-interest here, animal behaviour does not make people do calculations on what is self-interest. It was not self-interest than made the English-speaking Allies join in WWII, it was politicians carefully activating the inner instincts of the people. There is never any rational intellectual process involved in deciding to go to war (did any soldiers debate in the pubs about boundaries and treaties before signing up?). It is all just animal behaviour inner instincts being acted on, ones that our leaders activate and manipulate. The same process of activating the inner instincts of the Individualistic white people to conform – this is what is causing the West to self destruct (as K MacDonald explains). As with War, when it comes to white self-destruction, there is no reasoning involved. The ‘reasons’ given why whites are villains of the world are not meant to be debated or discussed, just accepted and repeated, to make the majority able to tell themselves that they are part of the ‘moral community’.

    The left are quite prepared to go down with the ship that they seek to sink (and billionaires are prepared to loose their billions for the same cause). Like the Jews, they do not think about genuine self interest, they just act on their inner urges. Once they act, then they try and work out how self-interest might be served, in order to justify bad things they do, so the Jews will try and argue that whites are a threat to them in order to justify biting the hand that feeds them. But this is applying the intellectual process after the fact, it is post-action justification for what their behaviour programming makes them do. Like a cat that cannot stop itself fighting its neighbour, even though in modern society this is no gain for the cat, only loss. The cat *has to* obey its animal behaviour programming even though it causes harm to itself in a modern setting, and so do the left and the Jews *have to* obey their own wiring also. So the Jews help to bring down their greatest supporter (the US), and the whites self-destruct.

    In the long term, natural selection is going to step in and say to whites that it so strongly disapproves of self-hatred that it is going to remove self-hating white nations, and only leave ones that want to survive..

    In the modern, wealthy West, the left have gravitated to the media and politics (they could not do so previously as the media did not exist, and politics was for soldier types) and now the left are acting on their inner urges to destroy that which they hate – the better people, their own people. This is their main aim in life, their main motive, and power/money are secondary.

    There is no self-interest in the left destroying the West today, just as there was no self-interest involved when the international (and internal) white elites transformed white S Africa from a wealth-generating nation into a land of tribal warfare, ending with no money for any banks or elites or any power for any western politicians. None of the whites who brought about the destruction of white S Africa gained a thing, except the satisfaction of destroying that which they hate – better people.

    The solution to prevent white self-destruction at the hands of the 15% is geographical separation, where non-woke (ie, awake) white people migrate to certain regions.     Women take out their depressions, anger, anxieties on themselves, their children, and their culture. Culture cannot survive without a strong female sense of security, social support system, and local community. It is about the breakdown of family but mostly about the breakdown of the extended family and community that is destroying the females. Women need extended Something, whether family or strong community. Just a nuclear family is Not enough (in fact it creates dysfunction as the woman begins relying on husband for social needs he cannot possibly supply as he lacks the tools). Women then begin relying on “counseling” and friendships at work for morsels of community. It’s CAUSING SO MUCH DISTRESS that females are TURNING ON THEIR OWN AT RECORD SPEED. High suicide attempts and completions, high drug use, high self cutting, etc. That’s why you see all these women congregating on Twitter openly expressing hostility to their own people. They’re Depressed! And they don’t have anyone. Ridiculing them and shaming them will not help; it will solidify and speed our demise up.

    MEN take out our current state of cultural emergency on OTHERS. That is why they strike out at women, others, with violence and other means to alleviate their distress. White males have second highest suicide rate, next to natives, and their means of death are more violent when they commit suicide than females.

    Our people are in distress. They are calling out for help but don’t know who to seek help because the entire culture is being smashed with NO SUPPORT systems in place. The worse part is how white males and females turn on each other and blame each other, when both are simply reacting in different ways.

    It’s a tragedy. Not sure it can be turned around. The momentum is speeding up.

    Yes indeed, the sky is falling! While I share Kevin’s contempt for the dimwits who buy into the current fad of scapegoating the “cis-gendered, heterosexual white patriarch” as the source of all the world’s problems, I don’t agree that whites becoming a minority of the body politic will necessarily be a catastrophe.

    I’m confident my mixed race grandchildren will dissent from the current fad of claiming all white people are racists and scapegoating whites. They know I am not a racist even though I claim I’m not, and I know their parents are teaching them to avoid judging others and, where forced, to judge on the basis of “content of their character” rather than the “color of their skin.”

    Regarding immigration, I agree we have a short term problem encouraged by corporate elites who want cheap labor, but most immigrants are coming from Latin America, Asia (including Southwest Asia) and Middle Eastern countries like Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine. They will rapidly become “white adjacent,” just as immigrants from Italy and Greece earlier became “Anglo adjacent.” If we can get past the immediate crisis without going full monte totalitarian, they will eventually assimilate the values of the Bill of Rights. They won’t accept being blamed for all society’s problems because they are white (adjacent), which is the current direction when you consider the racist attacks on East Asians.

    I’m proud of my half Scandinavian heritage, and my daughter’s middle name is Linnea in recognition of Carl Linnaeus. But one can be proud of one’s own heritage without denigrating, feeling superior to or fearing others. I can be proud of the achievements of European civilization without going off the deep end of paranoia, which is precisely where the elites are trying to drive whites. Their agenda is divide et impera, and white nationalist paranoia about a growing non-white (but white adjacent) population, and the desperate desire to maintain a pure “white” majority are extremely useful to that agenda.

    Of course I reject the excesses of the 1619 Project and take pride in the ideals of the American and French Revolutions, even though I recognize the past barbarities of slavery and genocide. The revolutionary promises of the universal, unalienable rights of individuals, the sacrifices of our ancestors from 1775-83 and again 1861-65 to attempt to secure those rights for all Americans, and the eventual de jure fulfillment of those rights during the civil rights struggle are all part of the 400 year struggle to make American what it should be. That struggle has not yet completely vanquished de facto racism, and is threatened by international elites and their useful idiots in the CRT movement and other identity politics including “white” nationalists.

    I can take pride in the positive accomplishments of a man like Thomas Jefferson while recognizing his hypocrisy both in his relationship with Sally Hemings and in mortgaging his slaves to build Monticello, making it impossible to free them all in his will. I can recognize the integrity of George Washington for avoiding such indebtedness and freeing all the slaves he personally owned, while admitting his racism in dealing with Indians and his elitism during Shay’s Rebellion. I know many blacks who revere MLK, Jr. and Fred Hampton, who reject the racism and scapegoating of CRT and Ibrahim Kendi. They are our allies in becoming a race neutral society where the size of the pure “white” population is no longer relevant.

    I understand the anxiety of the author, as well as who and what is provoking it, but we need to look beyond our own fears and embrace our potential allies in the “white adjacent” and yes even in the black communities. (A shout out here to Glenn Loury, John McWhorter, Gothix and RuinedLion.) Remember that Trump’s support in all those communities was larger in 2020 than in 2016, I believe because they were starting to recognize the fascist tendencies of the Democratic Party.
