Canada Under Globalist Control
Under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s federal regime, Canada has become a testbed or pilot program for the globalist experiment. Canada, like much of the Western World, has been under severe deconstructive challenge. All aspects of life have been subjected to a withering culture of critique. The new Canada that is emerging from the ruins of tradition is very much in line with the prototypical globalist program.
Klaus Schwab, the globalist founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF), essentially described the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution and The Great Reset as the events that will lead to the abolition of private property and the establishment of a new world order. Free market capitalism will be dispensed with in favor of stakeholder capitalism, a system in which governments and central banks, beholden to the WEF, will dictate to citizens and private businesses what they should think, how they should behave, and what their priorities should be. In this dark future “you won’t be allowed to own any private property and your only recourse will be to live in a state of permanent dependency on a small number of rich elitists who own everything.”
The WEF has come to the fore of late because of brazen public statements by Klaus Schwab. In 2017, Schwab boasted, for instance, that almost the entire Canadian Cabinet was under the sway of the WEF as a vast number of its current composition was made up of former WEF young leaders. He proudly states that the WEF has “infiltrated” governments all over the world. Schwab explicitly mentions Canada: “I have to say, when I mention now names, like Mrs. (Angela) Merkel and even Vladimir Putin, and so on, they all have been Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. But what we are very proud of now is the young generation like Prime Minister (Justin) Trudeau. … We penetrate the cabinet. So yesterday I was at a reception for Prime Minister Trudeau and I know that half of his cabinet, or even more than half of his cabinet, are actually Young Global Leaders.”
This raises some questions about how the WEF, an institution that citizens are not able to vote for, has had a disproportionate influence on the policies adopted by the Canadian government at every level. Although the WEF is but one of a vast constellation of globalist non-governmental organizations (NGOs), it is an insidious example of how globalist institutions, very much aligned with George Soros’ open borders ethos, can have a profound influence on the way we are governed.
A global system characterized by open borders, stakeholder capitalism, transhumanism, and a whole litany of other transformative measures as promoted by Mr. Schwab’s WEF, George Soros’ Open Society, and the Anglo-Jewish American ruling class, is already at work in the United States, Canada, Britain, the wider anglosphere—and throughout Europe. Scott Howard, in one of his meticulously substantiated articles, states that Mr. Schwab has been “at the nexus of much of the transhumanist-globalist Hivemind activity and its future direction, and it is worth looking more deeply at Schwab, the World Economic Forum, and the tentacle-like connections that span the globe with the aim of totally enveloping it.” Mr. Howard further states that the WEF’s partners and affiliates “include virtually every major player in not just the globalist agenda more broadly but who form the power nucleus of the dominant faction of transhumanists pushing the world in its current awful direction.”
Interestingly, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO) seemingly endless eastward expansion brings with it the very same destructively transformative globalism. The current, ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine can be seen as the exemplification of a war between globalism and the nation-state. Globalists see “Putin as the symbol of white identity and populism in the world, and they want to knock Russia out of the world stage.” Incidentally, Larry Fink, CEO of the multi-trillion-dollar investment management corporation Blackrock, acknowledged Vladimir Putin’s Russia thwarting globalist designs. Mr. Fink stated that the Russian invasion of Ukraine “has put an end to the globalization we have experienced over the last three decades.”
It is telling and predictable, therefore, that Canada’s official stance vis-à-vis the Russia-Ukraine war is in lockstep with the globalist position: “Canada and Ukraine are steadfast partners and close friends. Alongside its international partners and allies, and in solidarity with the government and people of Ukraine, Canada unequivocally condemns Russia’s decision to recognize the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in Ukraine. Russia’s action constitutes a brazen violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence, and demonstrates a blatant disregard for international law.”
In his examination of the ideas of George Soros and his mentor, Karl Popper, Historian Ricardo Duchesne states that “opposition to European ‘tribalism’ and ‘nationalism’ is the single most important aim and function of the Open Society Foundations.”
The great impediment to the globalist open society is any form of self-assertion by nations or peoples, especially White Europeans. Author Michelle Malkin, in Open Borders Inc, writes “Remember: national self-determination is the pesky ‘obstacle’ in the path to Soros’s open society.” [Michelle Malkin, Open Borders Inc., (Washington D.C.: Regnery, 2019), p.51] And the scale of this self-determination does not seem to matter to our hostile elites: whether it is Canadian Truckers, American patriots, or the Russian state, they are all viewed with hostility. The weapons used against these enemies only vary in degree. Self-assertion by the White majority population in Canada is dealt with in a variety of ways including mass migration, financial pressure, censorship, unpunished mass criminality, miseducation, physical/political violence, and mass media.
Political theorist Alexander Dugin similarly states that one of the tactics used to bring about The Great Reset is the “widespread use of “demonization,” “de-platforming,” and network ostracism (cancel culture) against all those who hold views different from the globalist one (both abroad and in the U.S. itself).”
Karl Haemers, in his article entitled “The not-so-friendly folks at the World Economic Forum,” states quite rightly that Chrystia Freeland is not only a WEF Board member, she is also currently the deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Canada. As Mr. Haemers points out, she negotiated major global oligarchic control “free trade” agreements such as the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) with the European Union, and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement; Freeland also wrote a book entitled Plutocrats: The Rise of the New Global Super-Rich and the Fall of Everyone Else.
Miss Freeland’s status as a WEF board member has been written about in the Canadian mainstream press as well, albeit in a limited way. In an article appearing in the National Post in 2021, the writer emphasizes a glaring conflict of interest: Miss Freeland currently sits on the WEF board of trustees while still being deputy prime minister of Canada and minister of finance.
The WEF internal news has praised Canada’s generosity as far as refugee and immigrant acceptance is concerned. The utopian visions of refugees integrating seamlessly into Canada, however, is a deluded fantasy, a pipe dream. Many of those admitted at great cost to the Canadian taxpayer end up on the street, in shelters, and without the skills or means to enter the workforce. In a recent government report, it was shown that after 10 years of being in Canada 45 percent of refugees were on welfare.
In an article from 2018, the WEF praised Canada for its openness to international students from India: “With the US and the UK slowly shutting their doors, Canada has flung its open, and Indian students are rushing in. In 2017, Indian students who secured Canadian visas increased by almost 60% from a year ago, according to official data. In all, Indian students received 83,410 of the 317,110 Canadian study permits granted during the year.”
Both Mr. Trudeau and Ms. Freeland have mouthed WEF talking points while speaking publicly about how the Covid-19 pandemic has presented a tremendous opportunity to transform Canada. They are well on their way to ensuring perpetual electoral hegemony by importing a new electorate. There are many risks as screening safeguards were removed: those accused of terrorism, criminality, and other seditious offenses are able to maintain and even gain citizenship.
The media in Canada is also on the take: the mainstream media in Canada along with certain social media influencers have been bought and paid for. They operate as the mouthpiece for the current federal regime.
In its 2019 budget, the federal government rolled out nearly $600 million in subsidies for select media outlets that obtain the federal government’s approval. The latest $600 million cheque is meant to fill a blind spot in exerting government influence over the Canadian print and online media. … By handing nearly $600 million directly to select newspapers, the government isn’t doing anything new. It’s just extending the control that it had over other mediums, to traditional mainstream newspapers.
To dole out the cash, the Liberals created a handpicked panel, giving the bailout an appearance of distance from direct partisan intervention. Unsurprisingly, the panel was stacked with Liberal allies, some quite openly so.
Recently, high-level briefing notes for a WEF meeting about The Great Reset, that took place on 8 December 2020, were obtained through Access to Information by Rebel News. The documents were provided to Chrystia Freeland, who was minister of Global Affairs Canada at the time. Freeland co-chaired the meetings along with officials from Japan, the Netherlands, South Africa, Google, and Goldman Sachs. The documents euphemistically state the WEF’s aim to use COVID-19 pandemic instability to restructure society, cancel oil and gas development, and censor the Internet. Initiatives that are well underway in Canada under the WEF-Trudeau federal regime.
While this article has attempted to establish that Canada’s government has been infiltrated by WEF-aligned politicians and bureaucrats, it is by no means a fully comprehensive accounting. In subsequent pieces, the present author hopes to document how transnational globalist entities are pursuing policies that are anathema to the interests of the historic Canadian nation.

We know from assertions made here by the Honorable John Garner, Vice-President of United States, Paul Warburg did come here from Hamburg, Germany, for one purpose-to take over the treasury of United States as the international bankers have done with the treasuries of Europe.
Regarding the so-called group of international bankers, Mr. McFadden said further on June 10, 1932, It controls everything here, and it controls all our foreign relations. It makes and breaks governments at will.
Paul Warburg had a son named James P. Warburg. On February 17, 1950, he stood before the U.S. Senate and declared,
We shall have world government whether or not we like it. The only question is, whether world government will be achieved by conquest or consent.
The House of Rothschild
Meyer Amschel Rothschild (1743-1812) of Frankfurt, Germany, studied originally to be a rabbi. Later, however, he turned his interests to finance and, with his five sons, established the famous banking house in Frankfurt. Four of the sons were later sent to Vienna, London, Paris, and Naples to set up branches of their family bank. This combine soon became the most powerful banking establishment
of Europe. Amschel Rothschild, the eldest son, remained with his father in Frankfurt and became the treasurer of the German Confederation. Salomon, the second son, founder of the Vienna branch, became a leading personality in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Nathan, the third son, founder of the London branch, became the most powerful man in English finance. Carl, the fourth son, founder of the Naples branch, became one of the most powerful men in Italy. James (Jacob), the flfth son, founder of the Paris branch, soon dominated the financial destiny of France. By 1850, the House of Rothschild represented more wealth than all the royal families of Europe and Britain combined.
International Bankers
The House of Warburg, the House of Rothschild, the few other powerful banking houses became known as “the international bankers.” They are described best by Dr. Carroll Quigley who taught at Princeton and Harvard. He did research in the archives of France, Italy, and England and authored several widely read books. When Dr. Quigley decided to write Tragedy and Hope (Macmillan, 1966), he knew he would be exposing one of the best-kept secrets in the world. Regarding the international bankers, Dr. Quigley states,
They remained different from ordinary bankers in distinctive ways: (1) they were cosmopolitan and international; (2) they were close to governments and were particularly concerned with questions of government debts; (3) their interests were almost exclusively in bonds and very rarely in goods; (4) they were, accordingly, fanatical devotees of inflation; (5) they were almost equally devoted to secrecy and the secret use of financial influence in political life. These bankers came to be called the international bankers.
ln quoting Dr. Quigley, W. Cleon Skousen comments on page 4 of his book entitled The Naked Capitalist, Dr. Quigley makes it clear throughout his book that, by and large, he warmly supports the goals and the purposes of the network. If that be the case, why should he want to expose a world-wide conspiracy and disclose many of its most secret operations? Obviously disclosing the existence of a mammoth power network which is trying to take over the world could not help but arouse the vigorous resistance of the people who
are its intended victims, so why did Dr. Quigley write this book?
Quigley’s answer appears in a number of places, but it is especially forceful and clear on pages 979-980. He says,
in effect, that now it is too late for the little people to turn back the tide. In a spirit of kindness, he is therefore urging them not to fight a power that is already established. All through his book, Dr. Quigley assures us that we can trust these benevolent well-meaning men who are secretly operating behind the scenes. They, he declares, are the hope of the world. All who resist them represent tragedy, hence the title of his book.
Dr. Quigley states,
I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years, and was permitted for two years in the early 1960’s to examine its papers and its secret records. I have no aversion to it, nor to most of its aims, and have for much of my life been close to it, and to many of its instruments.
According to W. Cleon Skousen,
Dr. Quigley expresses the utmost contempt for members of the American middle class, who think they can preserve what he calls their “petty bourgeois” property rights and constitutional privileges.
After pondering these writings, I asked myself how far back one could trace this organized plan for control of world finance. On July 4,1856, Benjamin Disraeli declared before the British House of Commons,
The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.
Some of the strongest words that came to my attention were those of Curtis B. Dall, written in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 1968, as an introduction to H. S. Kenan’s book on the Federal Reserve Bank. In reference to the international bankers, Mr. Dall writes,
They are driving toward complete control of the world’s long-range monetary policy and principal world markets for their own profit. They foment foreign wars to aid this objective.
It did not take a brilliant mathematician long to prove with simple arithmetic that war debts allowed to continue would soon burden the people of the world with such indebtedness that it would take most of the earning power of the masses simply to pay the compounding interest. Was it possible, I asked myself repeatedly, that men could so crave power that they would be willing to sacrifice millions of lives to the god of war in order to achieve their goals?
If it were true, were they so deluded or deceived that they justified the mass slaughter of the innocent as a so called stepping-stone to a better world they were seeking to build? Regardless of the questions, or their answers, here was one certain fact: the world was swiftly moving toward centralized government and universal control. The General Assembly of the United Nations frequently echoed with accusations and dissension. But there was one power that seemed even stronger than man’s endless legislation. It was the power of money. Whoever controlled it, controlled man’s destiny. The path toward world control seemed to be indeed a divided highway. On one
side, there were the shadowy personalities representing the high priests of finance, who visualized the wealth of the world in few hands-their hands. On the other side of the road, there were a number of men, honest and sincere, who pointed out that the total commitment to a world government was man’s only hope of escaping a nuclear holocaust. Or famine from exploding population, or poison from pollution.
Checks Obsolete
Members of the Federal Reserve warned that the nations’ banks could strangle on the 22 billion checks the Americans wrote each year, pointing out that in a hundred months the number of checks would double. They urged the adoption of a computer system which would automatically transfer funds between bank accounts. A person’s pay would automatically be credited to his bank account by his employer, without the writing of a check. And the regular payments which the worker owed-car payments, rent, etc. -would automatically be sent to his creditors’ accounts when due.George Mitchell of the Federal Reserve declared it was most urgent to reform the checking system before the economy smothered under a pile of paper.
I did not know George Mitchell personally, but I did know many honest and sincere bankers who shared his sentiments. There was Carlos Verheek of the Kredietbank of Belgium, and Banker Keller of Germany.
Mountains of Paper
As I sat with Banker Keller in his Stuttgart office, I heard him heave a weary sigh. “We are being buried under paper,” he said sadly. From the doorway of his office I could see the lines of people standing impatiently before the bank tellers. I knew that back home our government was spending $350,000 a minute. The welfare program alone was costing the taxpayers more than a billion dollars a month’ In a four year period, the federal budget had increased 84% and in five years the money supply 47%.
ln America, I had talked with my banker friends’ Without exception every banker realized’ we were coming to the end of an old regime and the dawn of a new era’ Our early an-cestors had-used shells, iron, cotton’ or cattle as a medium of exchange. Then gold. Now, the paper currencies were as worthless and antiquated as all of the obsolete systems that man had used. A new system was about to dawn over the
world and it would be a number system’ made possible by the birth of the computer in 1946.’

ln 1934, when legislation was passed prohibiting the American public from owning gold currency, the door was left wide open to the foreign holders of American dollars to claim gold in exchange for their paper. But even before this international stage was set, Representative Louis T. McFadden (R-Pa.), Chairman of the Committee on Banking and Currency, made statements on June 10 of 1932 which indicated America’s gold was already moving back to Europe. His statements were recorded in the Congressional Record and pages 140-174 in H. S. Kenan’s book entitled The Federal Reserve Bank. Representative McFadden speaks of those on the other side of the water with a strong banking “fence getting the currency of the Federal Reserve Banks-exchanging that currency for gold and transmitting the gold to the foreign confederates.”
McFadden named the dates on which America’s gold was shipped to Germany:
On April 27, 1932, $750 thousand in gold was sent to Germany. One week later another $300 thousand in gold was shipped to Germany the same way. In the middle of May of that year, $12 million in gold was shipped to Germany. . . . Almost every week there was a shipment of gold to Germany-these shipments are not made for profit.
Representative McFadden referred also to the comments of Senator Elihu Root:
Long before we wake up from our dreams of prosperity through an inflated currency, our gold which could have kept us from catastrophe will have vanished, and no rate of interest will tempt it to return.
In his report to Congress, Louis McFadden asked the question,
Why should our depositors and our government be forced to finance the munition factories of Germany and Soviet Russia?
Representative McFadden continued,
Gold was taken from the entrusting American people and was sent to Europe. In the last several months $1,300,000,000 in gold has been sent to Europe every dollar of that gold once belonged to the people of United States and was unlawfully taken from them.
As I weighed the words of Louis McFadden and other Iawmakers, I also witnessed the fantastic scene of America’s vanishing gold. The record was unbelievable:

On that day Senator Everett Dirksen in conversation with Secretary of the Treasury Fowler, William McChesney Martin, and a dozen other senators said,

It seemed like only yesterday when I spoke on monetary matters when America had $26 billion in gold in her treasuries. By June 30 of 1971, it had been reduced to $10.5 billion.

Strong nation states are the major barrier to their Globalising plans because, within them there is always the possibility that
leaderships arise that aren’t completely under their sway. Even if, as apparently was the case with Vladimir Putin, they were ‘trained’ by WEF. These ‘dangerous elements who must be purged’ sometimes have an alternative culture embedded within them – in Putin’s case a residual loyalty to Russia through his KGB training and connections. Here we aren’t talking about lightweights! In this sense, to the Globalists, the whole of their constituency is made up of such sleepers who might turn on them when their imposed, inevitable, crunches, arise. It appears that Putin (and his numerous supporters) had his definite limits. These had a mass base of support within the nation making his removal very difficult indeed.
Are there “Putins” in Canada and the Western nations in general? I have my doubts because “Putin” is a product of deeply loyal centers of the (Soviet) Russian State. It appears that all of these have been subverted in the West. Then of course there is also the barrier of the – relatively – unsubverted Russian masses of people. Again, that’s not so in the West.
It would therefore seem that (failing World war or liberation from without) the most likely possibility for revolt in the West would arise from economic breakdown and drastic loss of living standards, the likes of which hasn’t been seen since the Great Depression. This seems to be developing. Then the subverted institutions would be relatively powerless. Would this mean an automatic victory for national patriots? No. But with the right program, they would be in with a good chance.

ATMs can be expensive, too, for retailers. Retailers already have convenient locations for our customers to shop. We have the goods to exchange for money, and we even have some cash in our tills if a customer needs it.
All banks need to do is tell their customers that they can use their ATM cards in our stores, and they can do away with the messy business of bills altogether. Our customers will soon demand this access to their accounts and we will be forced to please them. The banks save millions on customer service, and for this added convenience we are delivering; they can now charge customers for using their cards in our stores.
The bank will tell retailers their benefit is that their customers will spend impulsively but how is it that a card with a service charge will make them more impulsive than roles of bills in their pockets?
It sure is convenient, and I am not one to suggest going back to the old ways. What I question as a business owner is why they charge me for giving their customers the convenience of having access to their account in my store. We deliver a feature being offered to the bank’s
customers and then we are charged for the service. I would have thought that the banks should pay me for serving their customers.
Soon there will be no cash, and what was once a system of payment in dollar bills provided by our government would be a system of payment provided by a group of private companies under one system called Interact.
Now, how did this happen?
Banks traditionally have been in the business of lending money. {although a small business owner be quick to question that), and today the return is in digital pulses, virtual banking. These transactions cost a fraction.of a cent to make, and if you own the system of exchange the sky is the limit on what you can charge for them.
My company pays the bank many thousands of dollars in service charges. We borrow from the banks, but they now handle every transaction we make and we have no choice in the matter.
Thats not to mention the fact they know who our customers are, and all our vendors. It makes a little guy very uneasy.
The days when our federal government was responsible for printing cash as a medium of exchange for Canadians will soon pass and banks, will own the payment system for all Canadians.
Then it will be to late to ask how did this happen?
