Third Editor’s note: The Open Ukraine website does have the list of partners. Again, the main point is that, despite a prominent role for nationalists in the revolution and in the current government, this list is a clear indication of the anti-nationalist sentiments of a key figure in Ukraine’s current government.

Editor’s Note: This article by Freeman shows that, despite the presence in the new Ukraine government of the Svoboda nationalists, its president, Arseniy Yatsenyuk (who has three ethnically Jewish grandparents)  is firmly affiliated with neocons, Western economic interests, and prominent figures associated with hostility toward Russia.

Since the 27th of February 2014 Arseniy Yatsenyuk is “prime minister” of the present and entirely illegal regime of Ukraine. As we have learned from the intercepted Nuland – Pyatt telephone conversation, he is the preferred candidate of Victoria “Fuck the EU” Nuland, which is the reason why the US State Department made him the top echelon of its coup.

Did you know that Mr. Yatsenyuk owns an organization called “Open Ukraine Foundation”? If you do, you might be surprised to learn that all traces of this foundation have been eradicated from the internet. The website of the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Foundation (openukraine.org) and its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Open-Ukraine-Foundation) have simply disappeared. The Wikipedia entry still exists, but the links lead nowhere. Read more

A bit of IQ realism in the LA Times

Christopher Chabris, a psychologist at Union College, and Jonathan Wei, a researcher at the Duke University Talent Identification Program and at Case Western Reserve University, wrote an op-ed refuting a central dogma of cultural Marxism, that standardized tests have no validity (“Hire like Google? For most companies, that’s a bad idea“). What the professors write is not as surprising as where it appears. In general, while academic research continues to show the value of IQ testing, the mainstream media has been hostile to IQ testing because of the touchy subject of race differences.

Their article was a response to highly publicized comments by Laszlo Bock, the head of human resources at Google, who told the NY Times that “GPAs are worthless as a criteria for hiring, and test scores are worthless…. We found that they don’t predict anything” (much to the delight of Tom Friedman, among others). Chabris and Wei:

Decades of quantitative research in the field of personnel psychology have shown that across fields of employment, measurements of “general cognitive ability” — which is another way of referring to the old-fashioned concept of intelligence or IQ — are consistently the best tools employers have to predict which new employees will wind up with the highest performance evaluations or the best career paths. We shouldn’t rush to assume that Google, with its private data, has suddenly refuted all that work. …

Chabris and Wei attribute Google’s experience to “restriction of range”— that is, once you select from a pool of high-IQ people, other traits within that pool become important contributors to individual differences. Bock’s emphasis on other qualities, such as intellectual humility (not being obsessed with having a high IQ score) and being an emergent leader (someone who can lead when appropriate but also follow when appropriate) certainly makes sense. But among potential Google employees, these other traits occur within a pool of people already selected for high IQ — even for those employees without a college education. One need not be a college graduate to win Google’s CodeJam competition, but you can’t possibly win without a high IQ. V minulých dnech a týdnech se objevila řada komentářů zabývajících se údajnými fašistickými či antisemitskými sklony ukrajinských nacionalistů zapojených do revolučních událostí. Nejnověji je Vladimir Putin označil za „fašisty“ a „antisemitské reakční síly“, kteří páchají „nejdivočejší násilnosti“. Komentátoři však zůstávají nejednotni v tom, jestli Putin skutečně věří, že je Ukrajina pokraji fašistického převratu, nebo jestli nejde o prosté ospravedlnění ruského vojenského zásahu na Krymu. Nicméně, nehledě na nejasnou podstatu nacionalistické koalice, se rozhodl Abraham Foxman – stále ještě pevně usazen v sídle Ligy proti pomluvám (Anti-Defamation League – ADL) a stále mrtvičně zsinalý při sebemenším náznaku nacionalismu mezi bílými Evropany – poukázat na stránkách liberálního deníku Huffington Post na „znepokojení ukrajinské židovské komunity“ a vyzval novou vládu, aby „vydala záruky“ ukrajinským Židům.

Foxman a řada zpravodajských agentur označují za zvlášť znepokojivé postoje některých skupin a jednotlivců ve volné koalici nacionalistů a zejména potom stranu Svoboda. Protože řada těchto jednotlivců a skupin (stejně jako jejich postoje k Židům, multikulturalismu a Západu) jsou pravděpodobně neznámé širšímu západnímu publiku, doufám, že tento článek poskytne historický přehled a analýzu některých trendů ukrajinského národního hnutí. Věřím, že tak přispěji k lepšímu pochopení událostí na Ukrajině z pohledu západního bílého nacionalismu (K pojmu „bílý nacionalismus“ viz poznámka č. 1 v článku Grega Johnsona „O ukrajinské krizi“ – pozn. Území Ukrajiny bylo terčem mnoha polských, tureckých, kozáckých a ruských tažení a invazí přinejmenším od 17. století a ve století 18. bylo rozděleno mezi Ruskou říši a Rakousko. Nationalists, Jews and the Ukrainian Crisis: Some Historical Perspective

Recent days have seen several comments touching on the allegedly fascist or anti-Semitic leanings of Ukrainian nationalists involved in the revolution. Most recently, Vladimir Putin has stated that the revolutionaries are a band of “fascists” and “reactionary anti-Semitic forces” that have gone “on a rampage.” Commentators remain divided on whether Putin truly believes Ukraine to be on the cusp of a fascist takeover, or whether this is simply an excuse for Russian military intervention in Crimea. Nonetheless, despite the ambiguous nature of the nationalist coalition, Abraham Foxman, still lingering at ADL headquarters and still apoplectic at any sign of nationalism among Whites, recently took to the pages of the Huffington Post to assert that “the Ukrainian Jewish community is nervous,” and urged the new government to “reassure” Ukrainian Jews.

Foxman and many news outlets have singled out the Svoboda party, and other groups and individuals within the loose alliance of nationalists, as being particularly concerning. Since many of these individuals and groups (as well as their attitudes towards Jews, multiculturalism, and the West) are likely to be unfamiliar to Western readers, what I hope to achieve in this article is to provide an historical overview and some analysis of the trends in Ukrainian nationalism. It is hoped that this might aid the development of a clearer understanding of events in Ukraine from a Western White Nationalist perspective.

Ukrainian nationalism has always had to struggle for free expression. Ukrainian lands have been the subject of incursions from Poles, Turks, Cossacks and Russians since at least the seventeenth-century, and in the eighteen-century these lands were divided between the Russian Empire and Austria. Even today, scholars Andres Umland and Anton Shekhovtsov have noted that “present day Western Ukraine belongs to the Central rather than to the East European context, and in some ways resembles the Baltic countries more closely than it does other former Soviet republics.”[1] Read more

Le site de la Fondation Arseniy Yatseniouk (openukraine.org) et sa page Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Open-Ukraine-Foundation) ont carrément disparu. L’entrée Wikipedia existe toujours, mais les liens ne mènent nulle part.

Comme tout le monde le sait, Internet n’oublie rien, et il reste possible d’examiner une capture d’écran du site. Et qu’y voyons-nous ? La liste des partenaires de la fondation. Son examen révèle à l’observateur ébahi un beau regroupement des suspects habituels. Suspects qui, nous le soupçonnons fortement, expliquent pourquoi la fondation est maintenant défunte, et ses traces oblitérées.

Avec de tels partenaires, et vu le scénario actuel, il n’est pas étonnant que la page ait été supprimée. Car on voit parfaitement qui se tient derrière M. Arseniy Yatseniouk, et derrière le coup d’État.

Commençons par le German Marshall Fund, dont le Président est Guido Goldman. Son père, Nahum Goldman, fut co-fondateur du Congrès Juif Mondial, président de l’Agence Juive, et président de l’Organisation sioniste mondiale. Guido a étudié à Harvard, et l’un de ses professeurs était l’ancien conseiller présidentiel à la sécurité Zbigniew Brzezinski. C’est Henry Kissinger qui plus tard a supervisé la thèse de doctorat de Guido. Les contributions financières au German Marshall Fund ont été approuvées par l’ancien ministre allemand des Finances Alex Möller. Ce dernier, à l’occasion du 25e anniversaire du Plan Marshall, a attribué au German Marshall Fund une dotation de 150 millions de marks sur 15 ans, sous prétexte de promouvoir les relations entre l’Europe et les États-Unis.

Rien que cela est très révélateur, car on trouve ici les noms de quelques-uns des plus virulents contempteurs de la Russie.

Mais penchons-nous sur Chatham House. Cette Fondation, créée en 1920, connue jusqu’en 2004 sous le nom de l’Institut royal des affaires internationales, est un groupe de réflexion britannique basé à Londres. C’est une institution privée de renommée mondiale, dont les membres discutent des questions actuelles et des évènements politiques au niveau international à travers des programmes d’études, des groupes de travail, des tables rondes, des conférences et des séminaires. Les recommandations et avis d’experts qui y sont élaborés sont disséminés à travers le monde par ses membres internationaux. Certains projets clés sont financés et parrainés par la Fondation Rockefeller, la Fondation Bill & Melinda Gates, la Fondation Konrad Adenauer, ou par l’OTAN ou l’Union Européenne. En plus des sociétés membres, qui comprennent 75 grandes sociétés, des banques d’investissement, des entreprises du secteur énergétique, ainsi que 263 autres sociétés, Chatham House compte actuellement parmi ses membres 2770 personnes influentes originaires de 75 pays, qui travaillent toutes dans les affaires, la diplomatie, la science, la politique et les médias. Parmi les sponsors de Chatham House se trouve la Reine Elizabeth II.

Cela ferait presque penser à une blague absurde, si ce n’était aussi extraordinaire. Car maintenant, nous voyons clairement pourquoi il s’est produit un bouleversement en Ukraine: ce sont les suprêmes gros-bonnets de la soi-disant élite mondiale qui l’ont voulu.

Les dirigeants de l’OTAN voulaient intégrer l’Ukraine à leur club de guerre, afin que les missiles puissent être déployés encore plus près de la Russie. En 2008 le secrétaire général de l’OTAN Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, avait rendu visite à Arseniy Yatseniouk et à sa Fondation.

Le Département d’État des États-Unis a grandement aidé au putsch, comme déjà mentionné en ce qui concerne Victoria Nuland et son désormais célèbre juron. En distribuant des moyens financiers massifs, le Département d’État a décidé quels hommes de paille pouvaient ou non rejoindre le régime. Si bien que ce balourd de Vitali Klitschko a été sélectionné à la courte paille, comme le voulait l’abominable Nuland.

La NED ou National Endowment for Democracy est une fondation américaine dont l’objectif déclaré est de promouvoir la démocratie dans le monde entier. Il s’agit d’un [groupe paraventdes néoconservateurs] fondé en 1983 par le Congrès américain, et qui reçoit son financement annuel du budget fédéral des USA. Ainsi l’argent directement pompé sur le contribuable américain est détourné pour servir au changement illégal de régime en Ukraine et dans de nombreux autres pays.

Cette toile de fond est très révélatrice. Lorsque des fonds spéculatifs [Hedge Funds] et des banques comme Horizon Capital et Swedbank se trouvent affiliés à la fondation de Yatseniouk, il est clair qu’on a affaire à des vautours qui attendent de pouvoir piller l’Ukraine.

L’un des bons amis d’Arseniy Yatseniouk et de sa Fondation est Mikheil Saakashvili, l’homme de paille mis en place par Washington [voir ici et ici] , et autorisé à jouer au Président de la Georgie de 2004 à 2013. Les dernières nouvelles concernant sa personne semblent prouver que c’est aussi un meurtrier. Selon le journal georgien Asawal – Dasawali, il a été impliqué dans la mort de l’ancien Premier ministre georgien Zourab Jvania. D’après ce journal, qui cite une source proche de l’enquête, le Bureau du Procureur de Tbilissi a découvert la preuve de la complicité directe de Saakachvili, avec un enregistrement secret où l’on entend la voix audible de Saakachvili ordonner: “Enlevez le cadavre et faites comme convenu”.

Oui, ce distingué “partenaire” était bien un habituel invité d’honneur de feu l’Open Ukraine Foundation, d’Arseniy Yatseniouk. Ce qui est inhabituel, c’est que même dans le cache de Google, on ne trouve plus rien à ce sujet.

Nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi Arseniy Yatseniouk a été installé à la tête du “gouvernement” ukrainien par Merkel et Cie, l’Union Européenne, l’OTAN et Washington. Il est simplement le nouvel homme de paille qui sert à avancer leurs intérêts en Ukraine, et certainement pas les intérêts du peuple ukrainien.
